SONEXone Baffles are an ideal solution to reverberation and overall noise problems. These versatile baffles can be used in a variety of settings, including: auditoriums, gymnasiums, indoor swimming pools, recreation centers and production facilities. SONEXone Baffles are made from Pinta's exclusive willtec foam, which is Class 1 fire-rated according to ASTM E 84 for flame spread and smoke density. willtec natural also meets the corner burn test UL 1715. In addition to its high fire safety rating, willtec foam provides excellent sound absorption across all frequencies and helps prevent noise build-up that interferes with speech intelligibility. SONEXone Baffles are available in natural, painted or HPC coated finishes. Our exclusive HPC formulation protects the foam from dust and dirt and makes it possible to wipe baffles clean using only a damp cloth. SONEXone Baffles are equipped with internal straps and grommets for easy installation on ceiling mounted cables or chains. The RSIC-SI-WHI Spring Isolator can be used to isolate pencil rod or hanger wire. Currently available in 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 120, and 160 lb options with 1" deflection. The 40# spring can support two layers of 58" Fire Code C with the Springs spaced at 4'x2' (2.5# x 2 layers x 8 Sq.Ft. = 40 pounds). The RSIC-SI-CRC X2Low Profile Spring Isolator is designed for use in a ceiling under Concrete, Steel or Wood Floor Ceiling systems. The RSIC-SI-CRC X2 Low Profile isolator is available in 5 lb, 10 lb, 20 lb, 40 lb, 80 lb, 120 lb, and 160 lb spring rates. The Spring is fully assembled and preloaded. The RSIC-SI-CRC Double Deflection Spring Isolator is designed to isolate the ceiling consisting of 1.5" x 16 galvanized cold rolled channel and furring channel, (25 or 20 Gauge). The RSIC-SI-CRC clip is available in 10 lb, 20 lb, 40 lb, 80 lb, 120 lb and 160 lb versions. The 80 lb, 120 lb and 160 lb isolators allow for spacing at 48" x 48" oc supporting 2, 3 or 4 layers of 58" gypsum board. The lighter weight springs (5 lb 40 lb) may be used for single layer ceilings, edge or corner isolation.
