High Speed Spherical Lens Polisher: Optics up to 80 mm

The PRO 80P is a high speed spherical lens polisher for workpieces up to 80 mm in diameter. Fast setups and cycle times are achieved with the PRO 80P, yielding high production of spherical optics.

The TRIUMPH platform performs prototype to high volume production polishing of aspheres, spheres, and domes. TRIUMPH incorporates three precision optical polishing solutions in one Universal Multi Polishing Head: CNC High Speed Spherical Polishing, UltraForm Finishing, and UltraSmooth Finishing.

The PRO 160A is a deterministic CNC asphere polishing machine capable of prototype to high volume production polishing of aspheres. Incorporating both UltraForm Finishing and UltraSmooth Finishing in one unique platform, it is ideal for polishing aspheres to optical requirements with minimized mid-spatial frequencies.

UFF 500 is a 5-Axis CNC bridge style sub-aperture polisher. The unique axes configuration provides an accurate and versatile platform for deterministically finishing brittle materials such as glass, ceramics, and hardened steels with a diameter of 500 mm. The straight forward user interface and probing routines provide a tool that opticians and CNC machinists alike can use to polish spherical, aspheric, and freeform optical surfaces with reduced setup times.

The PRO 80 UFF utilizes UltraForm Finishing (UFF), OptiPro's patented sub-aperture polishing system. The PRO 80 UFF can UltraForm Finish planos, spheres, and aspheres from 10-80 mm in diameter.

Extended Ultrasonic Machining Centers with 1100mm of X-Axis Travel

The OptiSonic 1100 Series Ultrasonic Machining Centers combine the quality and precision of OptiPro's optical grinding machines with the latest Ultrasonic technology in an extended platform that provides 1100mm of X-axis travel. Available with 3, 4, or 5 axes, the OptiSonic 1100 Series achieves rapid material removal and maximized tool life when processing soft optical glass materials or difficult-to-machine hard ceramics.

The PRO 80 GTS (Grinder, Twin-Spindle) is capable of grinding spherical and aspheric lenses in optimal cycle times with high precision.
