PROCEDURES FOR C.I.F TO ANY SAFE PORT @ $10GROSS-$6 NET 1. Seller issues sales purchase Agreement (S.P.A) return with port of discharge MATB and NOR details. 2. Buyers bank issue in favor of seller Settlement Account via SWIFT Issue SBLC via MT760 or BG with Seller Approved Verbiage. 3. Sellers Settlement Bank confirm SBLC or BG and if successful& genuine, issue 2% performance bond to guarantee Sellers performance. 4. Seller reassign available vessel to the Buyer and issue full cargo documents in Buyers name. 5. Seller authorizes vessel captain to sail to Buyers port of discharge. 6. At port of discharge, Seller issues Authority to board (ATB) to enable buyers independent inspectors board for Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) analysis at agreed designated location. 7. On successful conclusion of Q&Q analysis, Seller issue commercial invoice per Q/Q result. 8. Within 48 hours after Q/Q, Buyer issue MT103 and dischargeinto buyers storage tank commences. 9. Seller pays commission and commence subsequent shipments
