We specialize in microplate processing automation, from simple
tabletop units to high speed multi-function conveyors. Available
functions include: liquid handling (for coating, washing, and
blocking), incubations, drying, lid or seal application, printing text
and bar codes on frames and tabs, color coding well tops, bubble
detection, ultrasonic fill verification, weight checks, and more.
Multi-day processes can be arranged on separate conveyors to
enable parallel processing of two separate batches on the same
day or they can be combined on a single shared conveyor

We offer a wide range of liquid dispensing products for quick and
precise filling of vials, microplates, test tubes, and more. These
systems are offered with any number of pump channels and are
designed for "roll up and plug in" integration into new or existing
production lines. Reservoirs, with integral liquid level sensors, can
be attached for batch operation or else continuous replenishment
from a central supply. Bubble detection and noninvasive ultrasonic
fill verification systems are also offered.

Our test tube processing systems offer capabilities similar to our
microplate processing systems. We can supply tube racks or
accommodate existing customer supplied racks. Standard
modules are used on all systems. This enables having a smaller
process development machine in one department that is
compatible with a larger scale system in manufacturing. It also
facilitates scaling up to larger systems in a growth environment.
