Printed soft satin labels offer a super soft and silky feel. They wont itch and are perfect choice for labels that close to skin. Satin printed labels are extremely popular for t-shirts, infant clothing, lingerie, etc. because the material is velvety soft and silky. Printed satin labels also offer a sheen or shine to the label providing an elegance or special quality. All printed satin labels are silk screened using special inks onto the satin polyester substrate using either slit or finished edges. Satin labels come in black or white backgrounds but they can be custom dyed. When using slit edges its better to use either a centerfold or end fold label to prevent the label edges from fraying. Cotton Twill and Canvas Labels are a very popular option with our clients. Since this type of label has a natural and organic look and feel they are great for all types of apparel. Cotton Twill is very soft and durable and the thicker Canvas materials provide a rugged outdoorsy look. Your custom artwork is printed using specialty inks that make your brand stand out and will stay beautiful through repeated washing. Both the Twill and Canvas is available in a bleached white or in its natural state, a beautiful light tan color. Satin woven labels offer a luxurious look and slightly heavier feel or hand. Satin labels are a great choice for formal garments such as bridal wear or for a vintage look. The satin ground material gives the labels a slight sheen in appearance. Satin woven labels have a beautiful distinctive weave. A satin yarn is used to weave the background while traditional polyester yarns are used in the weaving of the text and logo. Woven Taffeta Labels are the most economical option in woven labels. A Taffeta label has less weave density but remains soft to the touch. Taffeta labels are very durable and stand up to aggressive washing and wear and tear. These labels are often used for care instructions, furnishing labels, and size labels. Twill is a type of weaving usually done with lightweight cotton fabrics. Its distinctive diagonal pattern is durable, super soft and wont irritate the skin. There are many options of cotton twill including organic labels for eco-friendly clothing manufacturer or designer. We also have natural flat polyester flat labels that look and feel exactly like natural organic flat cotton; yet, these labels are easier to wash and tend to last longer. Cotton Twill Labels and Canvas Printed Labels are one of our most requested labels. One of our most popular labels is a Damask Label. A Damask label is woven on a loom using polyester yarns. The yarns are offered in hundreds of colors. Since the yarn is thin and soft we can we weave Damask in very fine detail while making it incredibly soft against the skin. There are 2 levels of damask woven labels 100 denier damask and 50 denier High Definition damask. The 50 denier yarn, surprise, is half the size of traditional damask yarns. The finer weave allows for very precise detail and an extremely soft hand (feel). High Def labels are often found in luxury clothing and any brand that requires intricate detail.
