LCB040 actuators incorporate a low friction, dry running slide bearing driven by a steel reinforced timing belt providing a high speed, high acceleration solution at a low cost. They are suitable for loads of up to 60N and can move at speeds up to 8ms

LCB is a compact, robust linear actuator with an external sliding guidance system and integrated toothed belt drive - the construction is simple, economic and robust, making the LCB a cost effective alternative to traditional toothed belt actuators. The simple, cost effective design of the LCB is also well suited for replacing pneumatic actuators in applications requiring a higher level of performance and control. Parker Hannifin's new, High Moment Rodless, electromechanical linear actuator series is one of the most user friendly and versatile actuator lines on the market today. With 5 different frame sizes, 2 different drive train options, multiple mounting, carriage and sensor options, and an IP54 protective cover option, along with a multitude of other customizable features the HMR was truely designed with flexibility in mind.

Guided by two square rail bearings, the HMR has enormous moment and payload capacity bundled in a low profile, yet sleek package. Ease of use was also at the core of this new actuator design, by integrating externally accessible lubicration fittings into the carriage that evenly disperse lubricant across the bearing trucks. In addition there are options for two different chassis profiles, allowing the user to choose between a super-low profile "basic" version, or a "reinforced" version giving great structural rigidity for long unsupported spans.
