ndustrial Test Equipment Co., Inc. manufactures high frequency output transformers in accordance to the customers specifications. ITECO manufactures output transformers in the frequency range of 30Hz to 2MHz; output power from 50 watts to 20, 000 watts; output voltage from 1V rms. to 6000V rms. (up to 10, 000V rms. in some frequency ranges); output current from 0.01A to 400A (up to 1500A rms. in some frequency ranges). Due to different applications, ITECO output transformers can be categorized as: (1) High frequency low inductance output transformers(2) High frequency low stray capacitance output transformers(3) High frequency high voltage output transformers(4) High frequency high current output transformers(5) High frequency wide-band output transformers.

The Model 5900 is a high general purpose audio generator. The circuit consists of a low distortion oscillator, a drive amplifier, and a bipolar FET class AB1 power amplifier with an output transformer. The output transformer has three taps to allow utilization of the full power over a wide range of voltages. A frequency counter and output voltmeter are built in. Electronic overload protection is provided that limit the power into a short circuit to a safe value. All models are pure linear circuitry with less than % total harmonic distortion. Output frequency and voltage must be specified on the order. Any frequency from 30Hz to 30KHz and any voltage from 5 to 2000V rms. may be specified. These frequency converters are preset to the values specified on the order. There are no external adjustments normally provided. However, if external adjustment of output voltage is specified it can be provided at no additional cost. An analog voltmeter is standard on all Models except 20C. Variable frequencies and digital frequency display is available if specified (at additional cost).Weight(Lbs)

For three phase models with less or equal to 750 watts output power, stand-alone units are available. Please refer to Frequency Converter Category for detail information. For three phase set-ups (750 watts to 9000 watts), three individual Powertron units are required. They may be connected in Y or DELTA. Any line to line or line to neutral voltage desired may be selected by choosing the appropriate output transformer tap. All necessary interconnecting cables and a three phase oscillator are included in all three phase combinations. A cabinet is not included. Consult the factory for choices of cabinets, casters slides, etc.
