Industrial Valves #4966878

Pressure Control Valve

  • Pressure Range: Vacuum thru 175 PSI (12 Bar)
  • Accuracy ±0.2% F.S.
  • Max Flow 1.2 SCFM (34 LPM)
  • Model No. QB1X
The QB1X pressure control valve is a closed-loop electronic air pressure regulator designed to work in almost any environment. The QB1X can be calibrated to any pressure range from full vacuum up to 175 PSI. This device can be configured to accept a variety of analog and digital command signals and it comes standard with an analog monitor out signal for data acquisition.

Nonincindive Pressure Control Valve

  • Pressure Range Vacuum thru 150 PSI (10.3 Bar)
  • Accuracy ±0.5% F.S.
  • Max Flow: 0.80 SCFM @ 80 PSI (23 LPM)
  • model no ISF1
The ISF1 series control valve is an electronic pressure regulator designed to precisely and proportionally control the pressure of gases based on an electronic signal. The ISF1 is FM Approved Nonincindive for use in hazardous locations (see below for complete classification).

The FM Approved nonincindive ISF1 operates using two normally closed solenoid valves, a pressure sensor and a control circuit. One valve is actuated to allow unregulated supply media into the system. The second valve actuates to allow working media to vent to atmosphere. The pressure sensor provides feedback to the control circuit. The control circuit compares the pressure sensor feedback to the user supplied electronic command signal and actuates the appropriate valve until the two signals match.

Control Valve

  • pressure Range Vacuum thru 150 PSI
  • Model No. ISQB1
  • Accuracy ±0.5% F.S.
The ISQB1 series control valve is an electronic pressure regulator designed to precisely and proportionally control the pressure of gases based on an electronic signal. The ISQB1 is rated intrinsically safe and is FM Approved for hazardous locations (see below for complete classification).

The ISQB1 controls pressure using two normally closed solenoid valves, one pressure sensor and a control circuit. One valve (inlet) is actuated to allow unregulated supply media downstream into the system. The second (exhaust) valve actuates to allow working media to vent to atmosphere and with a threaded exhaust port, this can be captured. The pressure sensor provides constant feedback to the control circuit which compares the pressure sensor feedback to the user supplied electronic command signal and actuates the appropriate valve until the two signals match.
