PSI produces rings made from tough, premium grade urethane, which ensures they will hold up in a wide range of applications. With our rings you will reduce equipment downtime and save on material costs. PSI offers custom sizes, formulas, colors, and durometers (hardness). We also offer tight tolerances, ground finishes and dual durometer rings. PSI will help you develop prototypes and will deliver full production quantities when needed. Our custom rings have little or no tooling costs. PSI will custom formulate to meet your specific needs, including FDA wet or dry requirements.

PSIs conical plug safety seals prevent spills from entering circular drains. The urethane conical plug drain protectors are ideal for blocking drains before a spill or as soon as one occurs. Whether used for preventative maintenance, or in an emergency to contain an unexpected spill, our urethane conical plugs are a great way to protect your drains from hazardous materials.

PSIs standard and custom made urethane formulations are wear and cut resistant, can carry up to four times higher load than rubber, and stand up to harsh environments. That makes PSIs urethane rollers the perfect solution for high-stress applications, such as load wheels, conveyors, and pulleys. PSI produces a wide range of polyurethane rollers including: conveyor rollers, wheels, V-rollers, nip rollers, idler rollers, feed rollers, pulleys, drive wheels, ringer rollers, and custom shaped urethane rollers. PSIs in-house machine shop provides the ability to fabricate new polyurethane rollers, as well as re-cover existing rollers. Our precision grinding insures required dimensional tolerances and surface finish. Our staff can assist you with urethane roller design and formulation selection all the way through prototyping to full production.

PSIs rods are made of tough, crack-resistant, and abrasion-resistant polyurethane, which lasts significantly longer than conventional rubbers and plastics. We provide custom diameters, lengths, hardness, and colors with little or no tooling costs. PSI produces custom cast tubes from our premium grade urethane to withstand a wide range of applications. All urethane tubes are customized to your specifications of diameter, length, hardness and color. PSI also offers custom formulations to meet your specific application as well as FDA dry or wet food approved. Our in-house machining capabilities can provide tight tolerances and a ground finish for your polyurethane tubing. When specialty parts are needed we can produce Dual Durometer polyurethane tubes and custom shapes.
