Tactical fiber optic assemblies are built in accordance with MIL-STD-2042 to perform in harsh invironments. Our lead engineers have completed Aerospace Fiber Optic courses and ensure that all operators are trained accordingly.

RF (radio frequency) Assemblies are built to meet, or exceed, design requirements concerning S-parameters such as phase-matching, time-delay, and VSWR. Materials used include: semi-rigid cable and T-Flex coaxial cable. Qualastat has made a significant, capital investment in manufacturing and test equipment. Semi-rigid assemblies are built to X, Y, and Z coordinates utilizing the T-7000 auto-bender designed and built by Seven Associates. Testing is performed using the Agilent 8753ES (30kHz to 6GHz) and the HP 85047A (300 kHz to 6GHz).

Qualastat provides electronic assemblies that combine electrical components with machined hardware. This enables our customers to further focus on their core competencies, while Qualastat provides additional value by further integrating the assembly process. Qualastat is happy to acquire the additional hardware or will use any parts that the customer wishes to supply.

Qualastat designs and manufactures circuit assemblies which meet the requirements of, an in accordance with, MIL-P-50884. We can supply the artwork, or have the circuits made to customer drawings. Flexible circuit assemblies can be manufactured using standard connectors of various styles or custom header assemblies manufactured in our facility to meet exact requirements. Molding is an exception choice for enhancing product reliability and performance.
