Magnetic Gauge

Our Magnetic Gauge provides a proven method to measure liquid levels. Our Magnetic Liquid Gauge provides one of the safest and most economical solutions to measure and control your level measurement needs. Our manufacturing facility and processes allow us to fabricate the Mag-Gage to meet your piping requirements with some of the very best delivery times in the industry. The Chamber is constructed of non-magnetic materials, as well as the process connections which mate with those of the tank, vessel or other equipment where (omit the) level is to be measured. The Float is engineered and located inside the Chamber. It is sized and weighted to the specific gravity of the process fluid to be measured. The float contains a 360 Magnetic Assembly which generates a strong uniform magnetic circuit. The magnetic FluxLines generated by the float interlocks with the level indicator. Further details can be found in our Technical Specifications. The completely sealed Level Indicator, the Wide-FlagT or Tracker Style, contains its own magnetic assemblies which interlock with the float through the Chamber, therefore providing a strong and reliable design. As the Float moves with the changes in the liquid level, the magnetic attraction between the Indicator and Float will ensure that the Indicator will track the position of the float exactly and thus, the liquid level is measured precisely. Our patented indicators are the widest (138" vs 58") on the market.

Differential Pressure Gauges

Differential pressure gauges are used for measuring differential pressure across filters, strainers, columns, reactors, ID FD fans, blowers and for flow measurement. A set of two stainless steel bellows or two diaphragms enables direct reading of the actual differential pressure. Each port can withstand the full static pressure without any damage. Features Bellow Diaphragm (Double Diaphragm Design) Type constructionStatic pressure up to 300 kgcm2 (higher static pressure on request)All Stainless Steel internalsScrewed flanged connectionChemical seal unit (optional) for process suitabilityAccuracy +- 1% FSD (bellow) , +- 2% FSD (diaphragm) (1.6% FSD on request)Glycerine filled case as an optionMicroswitch Type contacts as required.Complete Differential Pressure Gauge Specifications and Ordering Procedures.

Bimetal Dial Thermometer The Bimetal thermometer employs a bimetal strip in the form of helix (it works on the principle of thermal expansion - two metals having different coefficient of expansions are joined to form a bimetal. The resultant expansion of bimetal is proportional to temperature). Bimetal dial thermometers are simple in construction, yet rugged. They are used for measurement of temperature in most of the industrial applications. They are 0C to 600C. With rigid stem having bottom or back entry. It can also be offered in the range of (-) 50 offered in every angle rotatable construction. GAS FILLED DIAL THERMOMETER Gas filled temperature gauge overcomes most of the limitations of all other members. It is offered in a very wide temperature i.e. (-)200C to 800C. Practically any stem length can be offered and capillary length as long as 25 Mtr, without any loss of accuracy. Inert, non-hazardous, non-toxic nature of the filled system makes it virtually ideal choice of cross section of industries. INDICATING TEMPERATURE SWTICH Indicating temperature switch combines indication with switching (in order to make or break the associated electrical circuit). Can be offered with contact assembly as well as microswitch (as a combination of switch and movement) LIQUID FILLLED DIAL THERMOMETER Liquid filled system based on liquid (other than mercury) expansion principle is used for measuring temperature ranging from -30C to 250C. It has faster response and the same is available in rigid stem as well as capillary type for remote sensing. Every angle type can be offered in all SS construction. Generally used where mercury type thermometer is not used in industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, etc. The main advantage is its minimum immersion length required for sensing (as low as 30mm suffices for proper sensing thereby making it ideal for installing in lower line sizes).

Quality Liquid Level Gauges

Quality Direct-Reading Level Gauges are the simplest, most reliable way to determine the level of liquid in a tank or vessel. This allows the user to have a direct view of their process without compromising the integrity of your process system. These direct reading gauges are placed at different locations or points to indicate the liquid height. More often, separately mounted gauge glasses are used to provide a continuous indication of level over a certain vertical distance on the vessel. The Quality Transparent Gauge Glass style consists of a central transparent chamber with two cover plates on each side, which in turn holds the two plain glasses creating a clear vision directly through the chamber. Quality chamber and cover plates are machined with recesses that keep all the parts tightly aligned and prevent the gaskets and glass from shifting. The Quality Reflex Gauge Glass is best suited for clean, colorless, non-viscous, and non-corrosive fluids including light and heavy hydrocarbons. The gauge glass used in reflex style has special physical and optical properties that create a sharp line of separation at the liquid level. The glass has a prismatic side which helps create this shape line for liquid level, and when reading the gauge the dark area represents the liquid contrasted by a light area above the liquid.
