They are meant to replace steel wool for surface preperation of fiberglass, metal and wood. The fine scratch pattern allows for better adhesion of new coats of paint or lacquer to the substrate.

ABRALON Micro Fine Polishing Foam Discs are made from silicon carbide mesh laminated to 14" thick foam, hook & loop discs. They are used wet or dry to achieve a mirror polish on automotive finishes or solid surfaces (CORIAN® type) countertops.

These Black Non Woven discs are used to remove paint & rust from metal, fiberglass, and wood. Autobody shops primarily use 4" X 12" X 14" shank. Wheels are approximately 12" thick.

These wheels are used for surface conditioning and polishing metal. They are available in a number of densities (the higher the number the harder) and degrees of coarseness. Try our 6" and 8" grey silicon carbide Kona Flex convoluted wheels on a knife blade to bring out a bright luster. These wheels are available in grits 100 to 320 providing good performance at a great price. Reducer bushings are available to match the arbor to your motor shank.

These Aluminum Oxide products are long lasting and resist clogging. They were priced about 20% higher than Mirka Gold based on superior performance. Mirka discontinued production of the Royal line. Supergrit Abrasives has a large stock, which is on sale to our customers at about 20% less than Mirka Gold.

Our primary manufacturer of cut-off wheels is Premium Flex out of Germany. They greatly outlast other wheels, yet sell at a very competitive price. Autobody shops use mostly 3" Diameter X 116" thick X 38"arbor. We stock diameters: 1 12", 3", 4", 4 12" and 6" in thicknesses: 132", .040, .045, 116", and 18". Arbor holes are available in: 18", 14", 38", 58" and 78".
