DuraTite® Spray Polyurethane Roofing Foams are 245fa-blown, zero ozone-depleting (Zero-ODP), closed cell spray polyurethane foam systems. These systems improve energy efficiency and offer both a low lifecycle cost and environmental impact with almost no maintenance. DuraTite roof foams come in three different densities: 2.5, 2.8 and 3.0 and are Class I fire rated. They have a Tensile Strength of 65-75 psi, Compressive Strength of 45-55 psi and R-value of 6.9 per inch. WHY DURATITE ROOFING SYSTEMS? Epoxy 600 is a 100% solids epoxy coating broadcast system. Epoxy 600 has excellent chemical resistance properties and applies easily over concrete substrate by brush, roller or squeegee. It is easily mixed using the industry standard 2:1 by volume ratio of resin to hardener. Epoxy 600 dries quickly, usually tack free within 6 – 8 hours, and dries to a high gloss with greater color stability than conventional epoxies. PipeLiner

PipeLiner 5000 11-70 PW and PipeLiner 5100 PW are two-component, 1:1 ratio, rapid curing, elastomeric structural lining systems developed for high build applications of 30 – 500 mil cross sections. Both products can be sprayed in low temperatures, extremely humid conditions and at 350-400 mils thick, or almost 38 of an inch, in a single pass without stress cracking. Pipeliner 5000 and 5100 have passed the rigorous testing requirements of the NSFANSI 61 Section 5 potable water standard and is Truesdail Laboratories listed. The polyureapolyurethane systems are sprayed with high pressure plural component spray equipment and can also be sprayed with a cartridge gun for repairs. Thickness of the lining will vary depending on the application, typically from a minimum of 30 mils up to unlimited thickness.

Its spray-on polyurethane - elastomer formulation provides improved toughness and color stability, while retaining the non-skid grip that made Rhino Linings products legendary. Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding

VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) or Liquid Resin Infusion is a composite manufacturing process in which the dry fibers are laid on the tool and vacuum sealed and the liquid resin is drawn through with a vacuum pump to create rotor wind blades. Liquid resin technology provides for lower cost and lower cure temperatures. Since the liquid resin techniques do not require curing cycles over 60°C, the tooling for the blades is much easier to construct. Rhino Eco-Coat® is a fast set, plural component aluminized hybrid polyurea spray applied lining for commercial and industrial roofs. This system contains UV stabilizers and leafing aluminum pigment for enhanced UV stability. Rhino Eco-Coat can be sprayed using both high and low pressure plural component spray equipment. HARDENER RECOMMENDATIONS All hardeners reach sufficient strength for return to service after overnight ambient cure. The fastest Rhino hardener, Rhino 3102, is useful for winter applications, and in smaller applications requiring a fast return to service time. Rhino 3103 is the standard 30-minute system hardener used for 4:1 volume mixing applications. Rhino 3138 should be used in high temp applications (up to 240˚F) and is 4:1 by volume, which is also useful in hot weather and for long or large diameter pipe runs. Rhino 3191 is the standard 1 hour General Purpose curing agent used for 2:1 volume mixing applications. BioSeal Agricultural Sealants

BioSeal™ 2.0, BioSeal™ 3.0, BioSeal™ 6.0 and BioSeal™ 10.0 are closed cell, water blown spray polyurethane foam sealants that can be used in a variety of applications, from the farm to heavy industrial. BioSeal™ 2.0 has 3% bio-based content and 3% pre-consumer recycled content in the finished foam. BioSeal™ 3.0 has 16% bio-based content in the finished product. BioSeal™ 6.0 has 17% bio-based content in the finished product. AGRICULTURAL APPLICATIONS Most agricultural buildings do not perform like a residential or commercial structure. Instead they rely on inexpensive, or sometimes even natural, ventilation systems to force air through the building. Often times insulating an agricultural building is not as important as sealing it correctly. A building with leaks uses more energy and prevents proper air fl ow, thus making the entire building ineffi cient. HARDENER RECOMMENDATIONS All hardeners reach sufficient strength for return to service or demolding after an overnight ambient cure. The fastest Rhino hardener, Rhino 3102, is useful for winter applications, or for mixing in smaller batches. Rhino 3103 is the standard 30-minute system hardener used for 4:1 volume mixing applications. Rhino 3138 should be used in high temp applications (up to 240˚F) and is 4:1 by volume, which is also useful in hot weather or for large areas. Rhino 3191 is our standard 1 hour General Purpose hardener, and may be certified to NSF Standard 61 for potable water. Rhino 3136R-1 is used for composite tooling. Rhino hardeners, 3102, 3103 and 3191 are DOT not regulated DOT non-corrosive, minimizing hazardous materials shipping issues.

Rhino™ 405 - A Structural Epoxy Gel that is a highly versatile, 100% solids and provides a high build system. Its wide variety of uses on concrete substrate include structural restoration, patching, and adhesive repairs. The long working life of Rhino 405 is ideal for repairing large concrete floors, and restoration of deteriorated concrete structures. Rhino 405 applications are tack free within 8 – 10 hrs, and may be recoated with a variety of Rhino Epoxy products at that time. Sand or sweep blasting, by other means of mechanically abrading achieves the best bond. All freestanding water must be removed. General surface preparation and application procedures specified in ACI 503.1-4 should be followed. MIXING A thorough and complete mix is important. Due to the gel consistency of Rhino 405, the use of a slow turning and heavy duty Jiffy or mixing paddle is recommended. Carefully proportion each component at the ratio of 2 parts A (yellow resin) to 1 part B (blue hardener) by volume and mix until a consistent light green color with no stripes or color variation visible in the mix. It is recommended that Rhino 405 be mixed in smaller batches, and used within 45 minutes from time of mix. Due to the product’s gel characteristics, the individual components should be conditioned to a controlled temperature between a minimum of 65˚F and a maximum of 90˚F for best results. HOW TO APPLY TIPS Mixed material should be applied by trowel, squeegee or putty knife, and feathered at the edges to blend with existing sound concrete substrates. Temperature and humidity conditions affect the cure and tack free times of this material. Warm, dry conditions speed the cure and cool, damp conditions will lengthen the cure time. Each component should be stirred prior to mixing.
