The PX24 light duty bending brake is for light forming requirements (up to 16 gauge mild steel). When used within their rated capacity, they will form a minimum 12 flange over their entire length. Maximum Rated Capacity: 16 gauge mild steel. The PX24 Box and Pan Brakes adjustable back gauge are ideal for small, precise box and pan work (up to 3 deep). It will accommodate sheet metal up to 16 gauge. The PX24 will bend as much as a 135 angle in up to a 24-inch length. Standard fingers provided include one each 34, 1, 1 14, 1 12, 3, 4 12, and 6. Fingers are heat-treated die steel, precision ground. Set of fingers can be arranged to form 34: to 24 in 14 increments. Back gauge adjustment is from 0-24. Adjustable friction brake lock stops upper bar dead-weight drop and permits precise positioning of upper bar to scribed line on work piece before final clamping. The pan brakes have optional special fingers to adapt them to inside mitered lip boxes, 9 long square tubes and radius bends up to 1. The floor mount stand shown must be ordered as a separate item. Minimum 14 (PX24) reverse bends are possible with these light duty brakes by removing both the apron angle iron work support and apron filler plate and reducing the capacity by four gauges.

These include rolled edges up 330, partial length bends, closed shapes, unlimited depth for boxes and heavier material bends (up to 10 ga.) in shorter widths.

Roper Whitneys Radius Master is a must for every fabricating shop. Its a hydraulically operated, self contained unit for making radii in mild steel from 27 gauge up to 7 gauge without having to make blade adjustments and no setup. The Radius Master comes standard with 11 radii from 18 to 1 18, 316, 14, 516, 38, 716, 12, 58, 34, 78, & 1. Special size radii may also be ordered up to 3 maximum radii. The No. 51 angle iron bender is a companion tool to the No. 4 angle iron shear and No. 50 angle iron notcher. It will bend all sizes of angle iron within the rated capacity as well as flat bar. It includes a 32 operating bar handle.

The No. 50 Angle Iron Notcher is a useful tool for notching or coping angle iron. It can be used in the shop or on the job site, Coping and special degree notching blade and dies are available.

The only machine that combines notching and coping in one compact unit. The machine may also be used for shearing strip and box corner tab notching. A machine designed to handle the many small, diversified jobs in the sheet metal shop. The PS-66 features a work table with edges machined squared for accurate and convenient gauge setting, reversible upper blades, 4-edge lower blades, and shatter-proof finger guard. No. PS-66 is a notcher coper and shear all in one. This machine is hand operated, bench or floor mounted and has adjustable gauge stops, replaceable blades and finger guards. Blades may be mounted for conventional splay cutting, starting at the outside edges, shearing to apex, or for pierce cutting, starting at apex and shearing to outside edges. Pierce cutting permits shearing inside the blank and coping. The PS-66 can cut a full 6 x 6 corner notch in one stroke. Saves the 6 x 6 cut out blank. By removing one frame bolt, the PS-66 will shear or square 6 material of any length.

The No. 55 bar folder is a versatile, adjustable machine that performs many essential sheet metal operations using one motion to clamp and fold. The No. 55 accommodates up to 36 inch material with a maximum of 20 gauge. A quick set back gauge is included. There is also an optional floor stand.
