All Roto Hammer Chain Wheels are primed in the trademark Roto Hammer blue color. However, we understand that some customers prefer a custom color to match their facilities. Especially harsh operating environments sometimes necessitate an extra level of protection for chain wheels. Many chain wheels are used in the petrochemical industry, where they are exposed to chemicals, extreme temperature or humidity. In such cases, we offer galvanized chain wheels to extend the life of the product in corrosive environments. Galvanizing is also ideal for high moisture environments (such as offshore or marine) where corrosion resistance is important. Our entire CL Series line of chain wheels is available in galvanized, as well as the C30 and C40.

Valves arent always situated in easy to access locations. Often, gaining access to open or close a valve necessitates dangerous climbing or maneuvering. Our CL Series Chain Wheel can be installed in minutes and provides an easy, inexpensive way to ensure employee safety and effective valve operation. Opening and closing valves becomes as easy as standing at ground level and simply pulling the chain to operate the chain wheel above. The C Series is the original Roto Hammer line of chain wheels, patented over 50 years ago. While similar to our newer CL line in most ways, C Series wheels are substantially more robust and are ideal for the heaviest industrial applications and environments. For valves that withstand heavy use or that are located in highly corrosive environments, the C Series is ideal.
