Royal Brass and Hose offers PTO Drive Shafts and components. Our aftermarket line is uniquely positioned to offer a full range of North American PTO drive shafts and components and a full range of European PTO drive shafts and components (both Italian and German styles). We have developed a proprietary and trademarked part numbering system that simplifies the ordering process. Each component is identified by an eight digit stock number to insure correct identification.

Our Air Conditioning Line includes over 210 couplings for all standard thread ends, including all steel couplings for heavy duty applications and hose which safely handles R12, R134a and R22 gases. A new, portable crimper allows the user to make high-quality assemblies with a minimal investment. The crimper can be hand-operated or used with a 12-inch air impact wrench, ratchet or breaker bar. Assemblies can also be made with coupling die sets and several standard hydraulic crimpers. Recommended for car and light truck automotive air conditioning and for tractors, construction trucks, mobile and stationary refrigeration units.

The generally accepted industry practice is to use black insulated cable for negative (ground) wires and red insulated cable for positive wires. The Gates GlobalSpiral, High (GSH) and GlobalSpiral Plus (GSP) no-skive couplings are for heavy-duty hydraulic applications in mining, construction, drilling and other high-pressure, high-impulse industrial applications. These couplings are an extension of Gates GlobalSpiral coupling line. They have been reengineered to handle pressures up to 6, 000 psi for -24 (1-12") and -32 (2") I.D. hose operating in the toughest working environments. GSH and GSP couplings are available in over 30 thread configurations including SAE, DIN, BSP, Komatsu-style, JIS and CAT flange. Couplings are tested to 1, 000, 000 impulse cycles, double the SAE standard of 500, 000 impulse cycles. TuffCoat plating provides more than four times better corrosion resistance than the SAE ASTMB117 specification. No Skiving is required with GSH and GSP couplings.
