Our most popular leveler, Level-It has a steel or Delrin base and a machined one-piece steel stud. The steel base and stud are available in steel with gold or clear zinc plating, in black oxide or in stainless steel. Manufactured in a variety of configurations, materials and finishes, Level-It mounts are suitable for thousands of light, medium, and heavy-duty applications. They are available in stud or tapped versions with steel, stainless steel or FDA-friendly Delrin bases. Our standard mounts swivel 15 in all directions to give users optimum performance on uneven surfaces. One-piece studs are threaded from solid hex stock and then case-hardened for maximum strength and durability. For applications requiring a non-swivel base, the C-series mounts have the same configurations as our standard Level-It but are machined from a single piece of solid stock. Also available is S&Ws exclusive Socket Lock technology that locks the stud into the socket of the base to prevent pullout under extreme conditions.

The patented SnapLock feature on our Level-It leveler locks the anti-skid elastomer pad onto the base, making it a much more stable assembly than the traditional glued-on rubber pad. This feature is especially important for equipment that is frequently moved since the pad will not peel off if the leveler is dragged across the floor. This design is available on all Level-It styles with a metal base, from 1 through 3 base diameters, including the non-swivel Level-It mounts.

PolyMounts are economical leveling mounts for light, medium, and heavy-duty applications. The sleek design is suitable for everything from production machinery, conveyors and electronic equipment to retail displays and expensive office furniture. The one-piece ball with stud swivels 15 in all directions and is forged and roll-threaded for maximum strength and durability. Standard stud materials are clear zinc plated steel and stainless steel. For applications where a stud is already in place, a one-piece tapped ball version is available. The molded base is corrosion resistant glass-reinforced nylon and has pop-out lag holes for securing the mounts to the floor. Diameters range from 1.5 to 5 and capacities are as high as 10, 000 pounds. For anti-skid applications and light-duty vibration control, PolyMounts are available with an elastomer pad. For especially harsh applications our exclusive SocketLock technology will lock the stud in place, preventing pullout.

The base on this PolyMount makes it easier to drill for and install a lag bolt. The teardrop shape offsets the single lag hole to the outside of the machine footprint. This offset provides the clearance necessary to drill the lag bolt hole without moving the machine. Use up to a diameter lag bolt.

Mighty Mount is the ideal solution for mounting heavy industrial equipment. Thirteen different sizes are available with load capacities ranging up to 12, 500 lbs. Machinery life is extended through the use of a one-inch thick elastomer pad that provides a high level of shock and vibration isolation. Mighty Mount is often used on sensitive computerized equipment to isolate the equipment from external shock and vibration. With their sturdy, reliable construction and powder coated safety yellow finish, Mighty Mount will provide years of reliable and economical service.
