Our ducting products manage the distribution of high pressure, high temperature air throughout the aircraft, from the engines, through the fuselage, to the leading edges of the wings. Our ducting solutions encompass ECS systems, thermal anti-ice systems, fuel tank inerting systems and engine starter duct systems. SSP’s range of products include primary engine inlets cowls and exhaust systems, Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) inlets and exhaust ducts, and RAM inlet and exhaust ducts. Our expertise in designing and manufacturing components using high temperature metals such as titanium and inconel alloys allow us to optimize the flow characteristics and acoustics related to exhaust systems. Additonally, SSP’s extensive experience with sheet metal fabrication and composite construction provide the lightest weight yet rigid inlet duct systems.

Our drop hammer and spin forming capabilities gives us the capability to produce half stampings and other complex shapes difficult to achieve by any other means.
