Our complete airless systems remove all atmospheric air from the process chamber prior to the introduction of solvent and do not reintroduce any air or non-condensable gases to the process chamber until cleaning is complete and all solvent is removed from the parts and chamber meeting regulatory and industry environment

Serec Corporation's patented Airless technology can be used in state-of-the-art solvent extraction and reclamation systems as either a stand-alone machine or as a module in a process line. Our innovative design using a high vacuum, low temperature airless chamber enables our machines' performance to exceed that of our competitors. Vacuum technology is fully utilized in Serec solvent extraction systems in the following three areas: Solvent Emission Reduction Initially the air in the cleaning chamber is evacuated so that the solvent and the air are not interfaced with each other to eliminate the solvent emissions. De-gassing the Solvent When the solvent is placed under vacuum, the air dissolved in the solvent is eliminated to enhance the ultrasonic power this means cleaner parts. Drying the Parts Completely In the vacuum drying process, the vacuum is created in the cleaning chamber. The higher the vacuum, the lower the solvent boiling point becomes. The heat capacity of the parts helps boil the solvent and the evaporated vapor is recaptured and recycled in the system. Serec Corporation offers contractual cleaning services using our patented Airless cleaning process. Our proprietary technique involves the use of a closed-loop vacuum system for cleaning. The combination of vacuum, tumbling, and ultrasonic cleaning aggressively removes contaminants such as petroleum-based organic oils, wax, solder flux, and impregnated grease from your parts. In addition, the use of a closed loop system ensures continuous recycling of the solvent, which results in almost zero emissions to the environment. The vacuum technology used in the process ensures complete cleaning and drying parts without spotting, incomplete dryness, or rust problems. Our 250, 000 ft facility can accommodate the production of pressure vessels up to 12 ft in diameter and 50 ft in length. We offer sandblasting, painting and several coatings as options, and hardware such as platforms, ladders, and stairways are also available. These vessels are widely used in water purification systems, industrial cleaning systems, boilers, and chemical storage, to name a few of the many applications. In addition to pressure vessel fabrication to ASME Section 8, Division 1, we can also build vessels to any specification you require. Our quality assurance department will perform hydrostatic and pneumatic testing to test for leaks and to ensure compliance with the required standards.
