Your industrial paint mix room can be a stand-alone or for added flexibility, we offer vestibules to attach the mixing room to the paint booth depending upon your requirements. With four models to choose from, you have the flexibility to adapt your mix room to your paint storage requirements.

We provide all of the necessary components for exhausting your spray booths, including flash tunnels, ovens, and exhaust ducts. Complete exhaust duct options in square, round and spiral configurations are available. These options come in the following standard sizes: 6, 12, 18, 24, 34, 42 and 48 custom sizes are available based on your size requirements. All industrial exhaust duct components are fabricated from galvanized sheet metal for superior resistance to rust and corrosion and meet NFPA 33 booth exhaust requirements.

Our exhaustsupply chambers are ideal for converting an area within your factory for spray painting. They can also be used to create a preparation area for sanding or cleaning parts prior to finishing. Weve designed a variety of exhaustsupply chambers and paint booth exhaust fans that meet your finish requirements while minimizing your floor space. Our exhaust chambers incorporate all of the same design features that are included in our large industrial manufacturing paint booths.

You can increase productivity and accelerate the drying time of water borne and solvent-based coatings by using a Spray Systems Industrial Drying Enclosures. Add our Turbulator Fan System (TFS) to your Industrial Drying Enclosure and notice lower overall operating costs and increased productivity as the turbulent air flow decreases your drying time. Drying Enclosures for spray booths can be equipped with infrared andor convection curing systems in conjunction with the Spray Systems TFS.
