Low profile golf course maintenance sprayers with commercial grade fiberglass tank and durable piston-diaphragm pump designed for pin mounting on the John Deere ProGator 2020 and 2030 turf utility vehicles. This sprayer requires an auxiliary hydraulic system on the ProGator to power the pump. The Optimum PG300 requires a suspension upgrade to the ProGator.
Pin mounts exclusively to the ProGator 2020 & 2030 Utility Vehicles in less than five minutes. Uses the existing utility box hinge pins and one hydraulic lift cylinder pin for easy attachment.
Custom molded low profile fiberglass tank has SDI Shamrock Green gel coat with UV protection. Unique convex tank bottom design forces spray solution to outer gutters and into the rear mounted deep sump (excellent for low solution levels and hilly terrain conditions).
300 gallon model features spray tank anti-surge baffles.
16 screw-in filler opening is offset to the passengers side of the tank for easy loading of spray solution.
Unique tank top rear recess houses diaphragm pump and system controls for easy access and adjustments.
30gpm hydraulic driven three piston-diaphragm spray pump with built-in pulsation damper. Easily and safely handles all spray chemicals including wettable powders, iron formulas and even tracker dyes. This design allows the pump to be run without spray solution (dry) with no damage to the pumps diaphragms or mechanical components.
Operating spray pressures up to 200 PSI exceeds all turf spraying requirements and provides adequate pressure for Walking Spray Booms at the end of 200 feet of 12 hose.
SDIs Hydro-Mix venturi-jet agitation with ceramic metering orifice discs provides high performance hydraulic agitation throughout the solution tank.
Daily vehicle maintenance is enhanced by the sprayers design and mounting. Use of the hydraulic lift cylinder SDI Optimum PG Sprayer on Quick Standraises front of the sprayer to easily access the engine compartment of the ProGator.

Larger than our PCO sprayers, the Low Profile Commercial Skid Sprayers are 47 inches wide and will fit in a variety of truck boxes. These units can also be optionally configured to pin mount on a Cushman Turf Truckster. The C100 and C160 differ only in the height of the spray tank. These sprayers come with stainless steel mechanical agitation standard and have the option of jet agitation instead.

Many commercial applicators have a need to consistently mix multiple loads of spray solution. The SDI Pit Stop chemical mix Mixing Stations Pit Stop Mixersand fill station is a chemical batch mixing system. The installation of this unit allows the operator to batch mix your concentrated spray chemicals to insure a proper dilution rate and reduce downtime by eliminating repeated mix and fill operations.The electronic digital flow meters accurately measure the rate and amount of fresh water into the tank and the diluted mix into the sprayer. The stainless steel mechanical agitation system gives complete chemical mixing insuring consistent dilution and dispersion of the chemicals in the batch. The self-priming 50gpm stainless steel pump allows you to fill a 300 gallon sprayer in as little as 6 minutes.

The SDI Pit Stop is offered in three sizes, 300, 600 and 1000 gallons. These units are powered by two electric motors, one for the agitation and one for the pump allowing the agitation system to operate between sprayer fillings.

The SDI VM300 sprayer is designed for in-bed installation in a long bed 34 ton or larger pickup truck. Placed between the truck cab and the wheel wells, this close-to-the-cab design leaves you room in the truck bed for additional cargo. Another unique feature of this unit is the dual stainless steel mechanical agitation system. Dual mechanical agitation gives you complete mixing of even hard to blend spray materials such as dry fertilizer, wettable powders or flowable chemicals.

The SDI Turf N Tree Sprayer is a true multi-application sprayer. Use it with a spray boom for spraying turf, roadsides or open ground at lower spraying pressures. Bump up the pressure and this unit is ready to spray trees and enjoy over 50 feet of vertical reach (depending on pump and engine combination). The standard configuration is a skid mount, you can add an optional trailer package for increased flexibility.

The SDI fiberglass 3 Point sprayer is one of the first designs that we brought to market in 1982. Many of those early models are still providing value today, over 30 years later. You have the option of configuring these sprayers in many ways. There are 50, 100 and 150 gallon tank capacities with the option of several PTO driven diaphragm pumps. You can also add a hose reel and spray boom.

Many times the added cost of fiberglass just doesnt fit many applications. These situations might be short term storage needs, an inexpensive spot sprayer for use on an ATV or Utility vehicle, a skid mounted unit for the back of a truck, a 3 point tractor mounted sprayer or trailer mounted field sprayer. Using the same quality components, almost anything we build with fiberglass we can duplicate with a polyethylene spray tank.
