A Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) is a permanently tacky substance that adheres to a given surface when light pressure is applied. A pressure sensitive adhesive maintains a fine balance between adhesion (holding power of the adhesive on external substrates) and cohesion (holding power of the combined internal components of the adhesive). PSAs do not require a chemical reaction to develop adhesion forces. Adhesive lamination is one of SRPs service specialties. PSAs can be applied to most substrates or materials for a higher performing end product. The different types of Adhesive Tapes include: Acrylic, Rubber and Silicone. Each type is available in Single Sided Tapes, Double SidedCoated Tapes, and Transfer Tapes.

Formex GK, the newest formulation of polypropylene electrical insulation material from Formex, offers exceptional flexibility and durability for a variety of industrial and consumer product applications. It can be used as a physical barrier that protects general users or service workers from the dangers of exposure to electrically charged components, while safeguarding sensitive electronic elements from damage. In contrast with fish paper and aramid paper, this electrical insulation material offers superior dielectric strength, an elevated temperature rating, and exceptional moisture and chemical resistance. Formex GK can easily be scored and folded into three-dimensional shapes, making it a highly versatile product. Parts fabricated from Formex are cost-effective replacements for injection molded or sheet metal parts used inside electrical equipment. In these applications, Formex parts not only are easier to use, they also reduce tooling and fabricating expenses and cut inventory and warehousing costs.
