FHPZ High Performance Roundslings supply riggers with a consistent and reliable visual inspection. FIRST Full Inspection RoundSling Technology slings with a transparent Clear Cover make inspection of the load bearing core yarns a reality. Inspectable roundslngs weigh less than an opaque sling of the same rated capacity. The breathable construction of the cover allows these slings to dry faster with improved resistance to mildew and rotting. the two protective supporting lugs (inside the load ring) are patented and they improve the connection with the attachment in addition to the protected clamping spring.

The welding block has been forged of material 1.0570 (St 52-3) and clearly stamped with the permissible WLL. The patented distance lugs assist in achieving the correct root weld.
Important: By the special weld design (continuous HV), the requirements of DIN 18800 are fulfilled, i.e., a closed weld avoids corrosion and thus suitable for outdoor use.
Distinctive features for type LBS-U: A protected spring maintains the load ring in every required position. The parts are assembled in such a way that they remain captive.
The spring reduces vibration induced noise.

Nylon Web slings are constructed of nylon synthetic webbing material and offer several attractive features which promote their popularity among rigging products. They are often selected when expensive, highly polished, fragile or delicate loads must be lifted. The softness of the web will not mar, deface or scratch loads, while its flexibility assures a firm, secure grip around the item being lifted. The light weight of the material, combined with superb flexibility allow the slings to be quickly and safely handled by riggers. Web slings have the ability to elongate, absorbing and minimizing the effects of heavy shock loads. Nylon slings may stretch 6-8% at rated capacity. Long life cycles may be experienced since synthetic web is unaffected by moisture, mildew, rot and certain chemicals. Nylon web slings are manufactured from heavy duty material that has been surface "treated" to improve abrasion resistance, seal out moisture, and prevent grit from penetrating the web and causing internal wear. Slings can be fabricated from single or multiple plies, may include accessories such as edge guard, wear pads, sleeves, hardware and are available in several configurations

Round Slings are constructed form a multiple of high tenacity polyester yarns in an endless or continuous loop. These load-bearing yarns are protected by two woven polyester jackets. The polyester jackets act as a buffer between the load and the polyester yarn. Each sling has a tag permanently attached. This tag contains load capacities and basic safeguard principles for safer lifting. Sleeves are to be used when lifting sharp edged loads for even better resistance to cutting. The sleeve is sewn around the cover of the round sling so that it can be positioned to the area where it is required.
