The CAP product line consists of an array of casing-conveyed, inflatable packer solutions designed to provide a reliable mechanical barrier in open hole or cased hole installations. Operation-specific parameters dictate the packer configuration and running procedures, ensuring the right tool is utilized for every application. The CAP is available in two distinct constructions. The TAMCAP and LONGCAP products use high-strength stainless steel slats to reinforce the full length of the inflatable element from 3 ft to 10 ft. The XTRACAP product is partially reinforced for the full length of the inflatable element from 5 ft to 20 ft, enabling the element to seal in irregular shaped wellbores.

he HATCH Packer is a unified construction incorporating the TAM metal-to-metal seal Port Collar and Casing Annulus Packer into an integral assembly for running with premium production casing. The V0-rated HATCH Packer is the industry's first integral stage cementing assembly qualified to ISO 14998 V0 Annex A & Annex D and ISO 14310. The 9-58 in. V0 HATCH Packer utilizes the same sealing system as the V0 MTM Port Collar (qualified gas-tight @ 300F (149C) in 2015) to ensure that casing integrity is not compromised in critical applications such as premium production casing installations.

The TAM inflatable Retrievable Plug (RP) or Retrievable Scab (RS) liner is designed to isolate zones in open or perforated cased holes in vertical, horizontal, and high-angle wells. The RP and RS inflatable packers deployed with the SlikPak inflation system can be used to isolate producing zones, horizontal sections, and thief zones, or for tying back through multi-lateral junctions. A full complement of accessory tools is available to run with the RS assembly, including fluid control valves, plugs, darts, and space-out assemblies.

The Port Collar product line provides a means of selective annular displacement, stimulation, or remediation. These full-bore, mechanically actuated tools are available in a variety of configurations including an industry-exclusive, gas-tight, metal-to-metal design that can be utilized for planned or contingency stage cementing operations in critical wells without compromising casing integrity. There are two distinct styles: rotate motion with elastomeric seals; and linear motion with metal-to-metal seals or elastomeric seals.

The Single-Set product line provides a retrievable, inflatable packer system capable of being inflated and automatically locked set without manipulation of the work string. This product can be configured for a range of casing sizes, including a premium 7-12 in. Single-Set for Deepwater applications. The Cement Retainer can be set in either open or cased hole and can expand up to 2 times its run-in diameter. It is designed for reliable anchoring. This product is not releasable and thus is considered only for permanent packer applications.

The TAM RR Tool is a multi-set inflatable packer that can easily be converted from a production packer to a bridge plug in order to evaluate zones both above and below the packer. An internal bypass from above to below the packer element assures equalization across the packer while it is inflating. The bypass is closed when weight is slacked off.

The TAM-J is an inflatable packer that utilizes TAMs field-proven multi-set setting mechanism. The tool is able to conduct multiple inflatedeflate cycles in one run, allowing a wide array of applications.
