The Daikyo Crystal Zenith Insert Needle Syringe system was designed to maintain purity, integrity and efficacy of premium biopharmaceutical therapies. Stopper performance in the lyophilization chamber is critical, whether processing is done in the pharmaceutical manufacturer's facility or at a contractors site.

The West Ready Pack system is comprised of high-quality primary and secondary packaging components. The Ready Pack system consists of sterilized NovaPure stoppers, Flip-Off seals, vials and vial adapters. Ready Pack system components are provided ready to use with available sterilization validation summaries to help you minimize internal processing upon receipt. With small quantity availability, the Ready Pack system is particularly suited for R&D purposes or small filling operations.

The West Envision automated verification system aims to enhance the quality of Westar stoppers, further reducing the risk of component-related issues in drug fill-finish operations. The Envision system uses automatic, program-controlled vision inspection technology to inspect all surfaces of elastomeric components for Westar RS and RU stoppers. Envision inspected products assist in reducing the total cost of goods by minimizing the risk of rejecting drug products, because of visible particulates and closure defects.
