Technodiamant manufactures metalbond, resinbond, and copperresin bond wheels for the metalworking industry. Virtually all of our products are made to order, with delivery time ranging from 2-6 weeks. We manufacture diamond and CBN wheels with grit size, grit type, and binder tailored to the customers specific requirements. Some standard wheels are available with delivery ex-stock. Diamond wheels, drills and countersinks are also manufactured specifically for the glass industry. These are employed in the manufacture of carglass, mirrors, flat-glass and architectural glass products. Diamond wheels with profiles in almost any requested shape can be supplied. One of the outstanding advantages of Technodiamant glass drills and countersinks is the fact that the body is made of stainless steel.

Technodiamant produces in its own laboratories high quality diamond pastes and diamond liquids. Diamond pastes are available as water-soluble and oil soluble in different grain sizes. These products have proven to belong to the very best in the world.

Technodiamant offers a full range of natural diamond, synthetic diamond, PCD, and CBN tools. They are available in our "Insert System" or as traditional rigid shank tools. Technodiamant is one of the largest suppliers of natural and synthetic diamond tools used in the Gravure Printing industry. The product range includes tools for the HelioKlischograph, Ohio Electronic Engraver and PCD tools for the Polishmaster and other milling machines.*Technodiamant is fully authorized by Linotype Hell Germany as a supplier of the diamond tools used on the HelioKlischograph machines.

Technodiamant supplies extremely small, precise single crystal diamond endmills and drills. Milling tools with flat tip and drilling tools with an extra facet at the tip are offered in sizes as small as 0.3mm diameter. 0.3mm cutting diameter to 0.7mm cutting diameter are available as "standard". We can hold cutting diameter to +- .010mm. Cutting edge can be parallel to centerline of shank, or offset up to 7 degrees. Parallelism held to within .02mm. They are provided in whatever size diameter holder you would like (i.e. 18", 14", 2.5mm, 3.0mm). These tools can be used for machining a wide range of polymers; it is extremely important to have a stable milling machine, preferably with 6 or 8 jaw collet. The higher the RPM the better; some manufacturers use 80, 000 RPM. If the system is stable, these drills can produce thousands of holes before needing to be replaced. Technodiamant manufactures a wide range of diamond tools for diamond machining, diamond fly-cutting, and diamond turning. These tools are most often used on Precitech and Moore Nanotechnology Systems high precision turning centers. Edge radius can be either conical or cylindrical, and can be controlled to very tight tolerances, depending on radius size.
