Polytertafluoroethylene or Teflon PTFE is the first and most common of the Fluoropolymer products. Spaghetti Tubing or small diameter PTFE Tubing manufactured to AWG (American Wire Gauge) sizes has the widest range of applications thanks to its high service temperature, superior chemical resistance and insulating properties. With a clean smoothbore interior PTFE Tubing allows for a restriction free flow. Tubing manufactured from PTFE resins have a low permeability to gases and liquids. PTFE is almost completely inert to chemical attack, but under special conditions, it can be affected by such substances as alkali metals and halogens. Teflon PTFE Tubing AWG is heat resistant to 500 degrees F and is ETO (ethylene oxide) and autoclave sterilizable for repeat usage. Fluoropolymer tubing is considered a highly flexible tube but the properties of PTFE Tubing allow for it to have the best flex life out of all Fluoropolymers.

Teflon FEP Tubing AWG ( Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene, American Wire Gauge, ) has excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties that meet ASTM Standard Specification. A melt processable product, Teflon FEP Tubing can be made in longer lengths then that of PTFE tubing reducing the need for splices when transporting dangerous chemicals. FEP Tubing AWG sizes are a clear choice for fluid flow observation and is a low cost alternative to PFA tubing. Clear Teflon FEP Tubing can be found in various applications where resistance to chemicals at elevated temperatures is essential or where serviceability at extremely low temperatures is desired.

Extruded Teflon PFA Tubing AWG ( Perfluoroalkoxy, American Wire Guage ) is a Fluoroplastic with one of the highest temperature rating and widest chemical resistance of all melt processable fluoropolymers. PFA Tubing demonstrates nearly the same outstanding capabilities as PTFE Tubing at high temperatures.

PTFE Spiral Wrap tubing is an expandable wrap that offers abrasion protection for wires, cables, hoses and tubing. PTFE Spiral Wrap Tubing allows for the highest temperature range of insulation within the spiral cut materials. It wraps tightly to wire and cable bundles, yet maintains its flexibility even when bent around tight turns. Wire harnessing, cabling and bundling work is simplified with the use of spiral wrap. Spiral Wrap Tubing allows for wire, cable and hose break-outs in any orientation, making it ideal for use on long continuous runs where many leads are required.

Coiled Tubing designed and manufactured by Tef Cap is a retractable and expanding hose made from high performance FEP , PFA & PTFE Tubing. Thermo forming will allow the coil to maintain its helical coiled shape and become retractable. Using the non stick properties of Teflon Tubing a FEP Coiled Tube also becomes a transport for some of the most viscous fluids without fear of a line clog. Keeping its round tube like shape allows coils to have an unrestricted flow.
