The patented Royal Rota-Rack is a lean, cost-effective device that safely collects finished parts as they come off of a CNC lathe, providing a competitive advantage to manfuacturers by enabling their machine tools to run unattended for extended periods of time. The Rota-Rack is reliable, doesn’t take sick days, and will keep your machines running long after your last employee has left for the night or weekend. And with very competitive pricing, the Royal Rota-Rack typically pays for itself within the first few months of use.
The Royal Roto-Drive provides the quickest way to deburr holes by hand. Uses a single-flute countersink that provides a smoother cut than multi-flute countersinks. Very little wrist force needs to be applied, reducing the risk of injury. Available in the following sizes: 18", 14", 516", and 38". Also available in multi-tool sets.
The Royal Reversible Countersink deburrs both the inside and outside of small holes. Operation is simple. To use, hold between fingers and rotate back and forth. To insert the blade for deburring the back side of a hole, push the knob to align blade with the shaft. Available in three different sizes to cover holes with diameters ranging from 18" to 1316".
The Royal ZipBurr Countersink is very useful for chamfering deep holes. This tool comes standard with a 34" countersink. 12" and 1-18" countersinks are available separately. The adjustable blade holder telescopes from 12" to 5", providing access to hard-to-reach spots.

The Royal Combo CNC Bar Puller is both a bar puller and a cut-off tool in one unit. Benefits of this design include: Saving a turret station by combining two tools into one. Reduced cycle time becuase the turret does not need to index between the cut-off and pulling operations. The Royal Combo CNC Bar Puller is designed for use on all CNC lathes, and is very easy to setup and use. Flexible heat-treated steel fingers provide strong grip force for pulling round, hex and square stock. Unit comes standard with serrated jaws and one blank spindle bushing. Order cut-off tool and insert separately. Royal offers Kennametal tooling, but the Combo Bar Puller is compatible with all major brands of cut-off holders and inserts.
The Royal PneuVac Pump is a simple device that uses a compressed air-powered venturi to create a vacuum. All you have to do to operate the PneuVac pump is: attach the pump and hose to a standard 55-gallon drum, hook up your compressed air supply to the pump, insert the free end of the suction hose into the sump or storage tank, and open the air valve. The coolant and sludge is drawn through the hose and deposited into the drum – quick, clean, and hassle-free.
oyal 5C Collet Closers enable 5C collets to be used on any manual lathe or workhead. Royal collet closers can also be installed on CNC lathes that are not equipped with hydraulic actuators. For CNC lathes that already have hydraulic actuators, we recommend you check out our comprehensive line of CNC collet chucks. Collet closers improve productivity by handling many turning jobs faster and more accurately than standard three-jaw lathe chucks. Other advantages include 360° workpiece contact and improved tool clearance. Please note that Royal collet closers are not stock items — they incorporate several components that are custom-machined to fit each individual lathe spindle. We normally build and ship all collet closers within two weeks of the order date. Our engineering department maintains a database of hundreds of lathe models sold in this country, but occasionally our ordering instruction sheet must be completed to ensure an accurate fit.
The patented Grippex 20L CNC Bar Puller is actuated by a CNC lathe's coolant system. As coolant is fed through the unit, it pushes a piston forward which causes the fingers to close down on the bar stock. When the coolant is turned off, the fingers automatically spring open. With this bar puller, no adjustment by the operator is necessary - the fingers simply close down until they contact the bar. This feature is especially useful for making multiple pulls on the same workpiece, even after the OD has been turned. The Grippex Coolant Actuated Bar Puller is also useful as a part loaderunloader. When fitted with special jaws, this tool can: Remove finished parts from a machine's subspindle and place them into the parts catcher. This eliminates the need for unreliable ejectors and enables the subspindle to swallow longer parts. Remove a bar remnant and drop it in the parts catcher for disposal. This prevents the remnant from falling into the chip conveyor where it could become jammed and cause damage to the conveyor. The Royal Grippex Bar Puller achieves very high gripping force through a patented finger mechanism that pivots on roller bearings. As little as 15 psi of coolant pressure is enough to enable the Grippex to pull a 210 lb. bar! Unit can also be operated by air pressure for custom applications.
he Royal Chuck Stop provides a simple, consistent method for locating short parts in a three-jaw lathe chuck. The chuck stop enables short parts to project beyond the chuck jaws, providing clearance for facing operations. The Royal Chuck Stop is very accurate — front and rear locating surfaces are parallel within +- 0.0004". Because the Royal Chuck Stop eliminates the need to bore soft jaws, machine setup time is greatly reduced. The captive, web-shaped design of the Royal Chuck Stop eliminates the dangers of using spacers and parallels that could come loose and be thrown from a spinning chuck. Three strong magnets further secure the stop to the chuck face
Royal CNC bar pullers can be used to easily automate any CNC lathe or turning center. Bar pullers improve productivity by enabling CNC lathes to run unattended, freeing up operators to handle other tasks. Royal CNC bar pullers are inexpensive, require minimal setup, and can be easily fit to any CNC lathe.
Royal 5C Step Collets allow large diameter parts to be held in a 5C collet. The head can be easily bored out by the customer to the desired size. 1-14" head thickness allows for a 1" bore depth. Royal 5C Step Collets are made from 1144 steel and can be hardened for wear resistance. Avaiable with head diameters ranging from 2" to 6".
The Royal Compact CNC Bar Puller is designed for use on all CNC lathes, but is particularly well-suited for use on small machines where tool interference may be an issue. Flexible heat-treated steel fingers provide strong grip force for pulling round, hex and square stock. Unit comes standard with serrated jaws and one blank spindle bushing. Smooth jaws are available for pulling soft materials.
The rugged, heavy-duty construction of this bar puller model holds up under the most demanding manufacturing conditions. The Royal Heavy-Duty CNC Bar Puller is very easy to setup and use, and is capable of pulling round, hex, and square stock up to 6.5" in diameter. Heavy internal die springs provide very high grip force, making this the strongest bar puller on the market. Avaialable in square and round shank versions.
The Royal Easychange R8 Quick-Change Tool System provides a fast method for changing tools on any Bridgerport-style milling machine. Once the R8 body is installed in the machine spindle, tools can be changed in seconds. Total system runout is less than 0.0005” TIR. Easychange operation is simple — with one hand simply depress the brass locking button and rotate the collar to the locked-open position. When a new tool is inserted, it depresses a spring-loaded pin, snapping the collar back into the locked-closed position. Please note that the Royal Easychange R8 Quick-Change Tool System is designed for lightmedium-duty applications where the ability to change tools quickly outweighs the need for extreme rigidity. We do not recommend using this system for heavy milling or high-production applications.
The Royal sensitive drill feed provides fingertip control when drilling very small holes on a drill press or milling machine. This tool bypasses the machine’s coarse quill feed, giving the operator better feel and control of the feed rate. Breakage of small diameter drills is greatly reduced and the tendency for drill “walking” is minimized. The Royal sensitive drill feed has a 12" straight shank that can be gripped in a collet or toolholder, and a male J0 taper for mounting a drill chuck. A ball bearing isolates the knurled ring from the rotating spindle. To operate the Royal sensitive drill feed, simply grasp the free-turning knurled ring and feed into the workpiece with gentle finger pressure. An internal spring enables the drill feed to retract when the ring is released. Total travel is 34".
