The MR Series Miniature Linear Guides provide precision, low friction guidance of payloads for machine and instrument applications. These bearings have 2 rows of recirculating balls engaged via 4 point contact to a precision ground rail which provides load capacity in all directions.

We design, develop, and manufacture custom curved linear rail guide systems for medical, industrial, and mobile vehicle applications. Below is an example of a system that we designed for a food packaging machine. It provides a means to transport pouches in a controlled manner along an oval track to various fill and seal stations.
The track radius 225mm (8.8 inches) with 1200mm (47.2 inches)long straight sections. Up to 40 moving blocks can be utilized to move product along the rail.

The Minibot is a family of actuators built around industry standard linear bearings and motor frame sizes. The linear bearing options include wide versions of size 7, 9, 12 and 15 linear bearings. Standard motor frame sizes include NEMA 11, 14, 17 and 23.
Actuator stroke is selectable by the mm up to 500 mm of travel in the larger sizes with various leadscrews and ballscrews available. Overall, this flexibility enables the Minibot to be configured to deliver the load capacity, speed, and precision your instrument application requires.

Roller Bearing Linear Guides provide high capacity with the least amount of deflection under load while offering low friction guidance of payloads for machine applications. With 4 rows of recirculating rollers engaged in a precision ground rail, these bearings provide load capacity in all directions.
