These lever-arm, bench-top systems are ideal for single point or small, multi-point assembly operations. Each unit is exceptional for short run prototype work and for testing new applications. The 2010T has a built-in timer. The operator can set and adjust the cycle time, insuring that each part is assembled for the same amount of time. This improves part-to-part consistency and reliability. No lab or molding house should be without one or both of these units.

The 2040 Rotary Thermal System is capable of many simultaneous operations. One system can often solve production problems that would require multiple assembly stations. In a single cycle the 2040 Rotary can heat stake or heat insert on multiple planes. These processes can be performed on large parts or several smaller parts. Our closed loop thermal control circuit is the key to the systems process control. The 2040 thermal control circuit consists of our standard heater probe with built-in thermocouple and a microprocessor based digital display temperature controller. The cam driven indexer provides the mechanism for the parts to be taken from the fixture loading position to the press position.

The pneumatically-operated, bench top system develops 12 ton of down force and is ideal as a single point unit for large, insert or staking operations. As a stand-alone unit it is a natural for secondary operations at a molding press or assembly line. An input from the customer is required to start the cycle.
