Kiss Cutting

Kiss cutting is the process of die cutting a part with adhesive and leaving the part on the release liner. This process allows for parts to be produced in rolls or sheets. The webbing or matrix can be removed for ease of handling. Parts that do not have adhesive can still be kiss cut using a low tack liner. Kiss cutting of parts allows for easy removal of liners for parts that have adhesive.

Plastic Extrusions

Plastic extrusions are a high volume manufacturing process where raw plastic pellets are melted and formed into a continuous profile. TSG, Inc. extruders all have automated and computerized saws that allow the extrusion to be cut while the extrusion line is moving. Our equipment can extrude a variety of different materials, such as Acrylic and Polycarbonate resins.
