Operation: To operate simply switch ‘ON’ and the unit is ready for immediate operation, settings can be set to either steady-on or flashing operation. Once installed, the Airport Solar D-Light requires no operator intervention and will last for years under the most demanding conditions. The internal solar module charges the battery during daylight hours, and at dusk the light will automatically begin operation once the ambient light threshold drops sufficiently. Flat discharge curve of battery coupled with advanced circuit design enables the light to run at constant brightness each night of operation.
