The design of the pressure in the main part of the filter is usually based on the standard design of chemical pipe filters and steel pressure vessels. Product working principle
The sewage to be filtered enters the shell from the lower part of the filter, enters the inner cavity of the filter element from the bottom to the top, and then flows out through the filter element. After filtering, the purified water flows out through the outlet at the upper part of the filter, and the solid impurities are trapped inside the filter element. When the filter element is backflushed, it is not necessary to cut off the water inflow. The motor drives the filter element suction cup to rotate while opening the backflush blowdown valve. Each filter element is backwashed with filtered water.
As a result of the differential pressure between the water pressure and atmospheric pressure in the filter, the filtrate flows backwards to remove the impurities trapped on the inner wall of the filter element. After one revolution of the suction cup, the recoil ends. The recoil valve closes and the drive motor stops.
