The 800 Series Axis Workstation Platform is intended for medium- to high-traffic dry environment applications. Workers who have to bend or reach to perform their jobs are at a higher risk for muscle fatigue and lower back pain. Providing a work platformwhen neededallows for a comfortable, safe and effective work environment. Axis workstation platforms are the simple, lightweight solution to fit the job to the employee. They are ideal for multi-shift workstations where workers of varying heights may require a boost. The platforms have a protective top surface laminated to a resilient expanded polypropylene base that sustains repeated shocks with minimal loss of cushion effectiveness, retaining its anti-fatigue properties. Anti-slip material and high-visibility yellow and black safety edging are on the top surface and ramps. Recessed handholds for easy handling and ramps for a smooth transition from other surfaces are available. Made to order, the platforms can be customized to virtually any length, width or height, and are often used to compensate for a change in machine or assembly height. The 524 Series Diamond Vinyl-Bonded anti-fatigue matting is intended for medium- to high-traffic dry environments. A Black vinyl non-directional deeply embossed diamond top surface is fused to a resilient, dense PVC foam base. The vinyl top extends beyond the foam base to provide a beveled edge on all four sides for surface height awareness and a smooth transition to other flooring. Overall thickness is 916". Cut sizes are available to 75' in length. Widths are available from 3' to 9' (widths 6' and over are factory seamed). Custom sizes and configurations are available. The 340 Series Diamond Deck Vinyl runner is designed for heavy-traffic dry environments. The Black vinyl top surface features a raised diamond-deck design offers good slip resistance in any direction, prevents dirt from clogging the surface and is easily cleaned with soap and water. Yellow Borders run lengthwise for surface and edge awareness. Vinyl offers good resistance to stains, oil, grease, acids and many chemicals; however, they are not solvent resistant. The 900-06 Ground cord kit is to be used with a conductive mat that has a surface resistivity of less than 1x105OhmsSq. Conductive materials are the quickest to dissipate a charge. Grounding cords are recommended every 10 feet. Ground cord plugs directly into the grounding snap attached to the mat. Ground cord has ring terminal at one end allows easy attachment to an electrical ground. 10mm (0.395") snap stud at other end and easily snaps to mat socket, flush to mat surface. Stud has threaded hole, 6-32x14" flat head screw and countersunk washer. Ground cord can be bolted to mat ensuring proper grounding. Universal snap is user installable and allows installation to conductive floor mat. Includes a 10mm stud, 10 mm socket, long screw and short screw, washer, conical nut, and ESD common point ground symbol label.
