Twisted yarn for braiding applications range from 5000 denier up to 120, 000 denier, using either S or Z twist, according to customer specifications. #96 Polyester twisted rope (3 ply) is made in packages up to 15 lbs. Rope is sold per pound with a 500 lb. minimum order.

Poly wire and poly rope is made with a UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE)support yarn and stainless steel conductors. There can be as few as three ends of steelconductors up to nine ends. Poly wire sold in: 660 Rolls825 Rolls1320 Rolls Poly rope sold in: 660 RollsPoly wire is 18 diameter with 3 or 6 ends of 7 mil stainless steel wire and 18 ends of 15 mil polypropylene. Poly rope is 14 diameter, twisted using bundles of polypropylene with 9 ends of 12 mil stainless steel wire.
