Heavy duty submersible pump with a balanced double mechanical seal arrangement in which both sets of seal springs are enclosed in an oil resevoir. Silicon carbide seal faces are subject to submergence pressure only for greater extended run life and dry run ability. Pump is complete with protective over-temp and moisture sensors. Optional accessories are available: agitators, strainers, cooling jackets, quick disconnects, sparge rings, etc.

Since the introduction of the first Flue Gas Desulfurisation (FGD) systems in the 1970s, Weir Minerals has led the world in the supply of more than 4, 000 specially designed Warman FGD pumps. Realising that modern flue gas absorber technology would require new and innovative pump designs, Weir Minerals developed the new high performance Warman GSL pump.

Back pull out design: Minimum number of larger diameter fasteners allows all rotating and wearing components, including the mechanical seal, to be inspected without disturbing the suction or discharge pipework.
Modular design bearing cartridge: Allows simple removal of the entire assembly for maintenance in a clean environment. Split release collar fitted on bearing side of the shaft sleeve making impeller removal fast and simple.
Long wear life: Specifically designed for handling abrasive and corrosive conditions found in FGD applications, the GSL design fully utilizes Weir Minerals' long experience in solids pumping and FGD with a design built to last.
Lower corrosion in impellers: Specially designed high chromium irons, developed in Weir Minerals' material technology laboratories, combined with optimum impeller vane designs minimise wear in pumps.
No corrosion in liners: Natural rubber liners are corrosion proof against acidic limestonegypsum slurries, avoiding corrosion risks which can plague metal lined pumps, particularly when low pH slurries are left within the pumps when not operating.
Long bearing and mechanical seal life: Large diameter, very stiff shaft and short impeller overhand minimizes shaft deflection and so provides excellent conditions for the mechanical seal. Fully protected oversized heavy duty oil lubricated roller and taper roller bearings carry all the radical and thrust loads with unusually high service factors.

Bottom Suction slurry submersible pump with a twin volute casing construction to balance lateral thrust and provide twin passages around the motor for cooling.

The GEHO ZPR pump is a crankshaft driven one or two cylinder double-acting piston pump and is designed to transport low and moderately abrasive slurries. This pump has a compact design, with a one-piece casted liquid end. It covers a wide range of pressures and flows due to a variety of piston and liner sizes.
