Weir offers a full range of valves for drilling and production operations. Gate valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A latest edition PSL 1-4 while the robust, simple and reliable gate and seat design promotes ease of service with in-line maintenance. Features include positive metal-to-metal sealing (gate-to-seat and seat-to-body), and stem packing that is chemically inert using spring energising rings which require no adjustment or plastic injection. Stem packing can be replaced while the valve is under pressure and comes in API material classes AA through HH. Material for hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide service lies in accordance with NACE MR-01-175 latest edition. All valves are performance tested to PR2, with temperature ratings K through X up to 177C (350F).

The Seaboard WS-CMB-22 multi-bowl wellhead assembly decreases the costs associated with surface drilling and production by suspending multiple casing strings in one wellhead. Its compact full-bore design reduces the number of times the blow out preventer connection is broken, eliminating non-productive time. The fluted lower casing hanger allows ample bypass for circulating mud and cement. The seal assembly, which lands on the flutes, also acts as a support for the upper hanger. No welding is required. All running and retrieving tools run on the casing, and emergency suspension systems are available for the lower hanger. Offered in standard and customized assemblies, the conductor hanger seals may be re-energized as needed and tested externally once landed. The surface casing hanger may be landed before cementing and its annular seal may also be re-energized. Compatible with the most common flange sizes, the reliable Seaboard WS-MB-22 multi-bowl withstands pressures from 5, 000 psi to 10, 000 psi. The Cavex G3 features a discharge regulator which is fitted below the spigot on the underflow. This ensures the hydrocyclone delivers the same high underflow density regardless of variation in solids content in the feed. The hydrocyclones efficiency allows it to be sized smaller than other dewatering devices, making it easy to mount on structures or over bins for use with screens.
