The FP500 Flexible Pouch Case Packing System applies straightforward and easily managed technology to achieve dependability in any rigorous production environment. This system will accept a variety of flexible bag types (eg. pillow, stand-up, side gusseted) comfortably at 90 bags per minute. Package orientation and registration is delivered and maintained by the system, which automatically control in-feeds and stages the corrugated case to complete the loading process (see Sequence of Operation). Ideally suited to operations where space is at a premium, the FP500s extremely small footprint of 48 x 72 allows for easy placement in congested production environments.

The 330E is the smallest footprint erector in our line and it is just as reliable, robust, efficient, user-friendly and safe as the others. The main difference is that its 40" x 72" footprint makes it perfect when space is constricted.

24" longer than the 330E, it is still a small footprint erector with up to 25 cases per minute capabilities using much larger corrugated cases. 96" x 40" footprint

The 600CP machine is an extremely small two axis gantry style with a 20" centre to centre providing a cost effective case packing solution. Base machine footprint is only 36" x 48". Available in VFD's or Servo Drives and is most applicable to small "pack patterns". Product gripping systems include vacuum, mechanical and clamp.

The 350CP is a fully automatic case, crate and tray loading system for higher throughput lines. Similar to the 700CP, its flexible design enables quick change-over between sizes in minutes. The double cam-track design enables its head beam to be expandable to the length required to load up to 6 cases at a time, thus increasing throughput.

Simple and proven mechanical cam following technology equates to ease of use and user-friendly operation. Robust welded tubular steel frame, common non-proprietary components and the utilization of AC motors make it a favorite among maintenance staffs.

The 600MB Series Gantry Style Case Packing and Decasing has a very small 3-12ft x 5ft footprint which reduces real-estate usage and has a fast 20 cycles per minute.

The 310E is the most advanced case erector available. Proven & enhanced design principles provide a simple system that is both easy to operate and to maintain. Required for demanding industrial applications, a rugged tubular welded frame provides a sound platform for erecting and bottom sealing cases at up to 22 per minute (24 hours per day, 7 days per week).

The 700CP is a cantilevered design case packer. It is capable of loading at a rate of 10 cycles per minute, utilizing a load length of up to 32. Its inverted U shaped cam track enables the tooling to travel vertically for the pick and load portion of the cycle.
