Button Tip Flex Lance Nozzles feature FNPT threads to go with lances with MNPT threads, and all offer many options for precision drilled orifices.

The 15K TLX Nozzles feature FNPT threads to go with lances with MNPT threads, 20K TLX Nozzles have autoclave-type MP threads, and the 40K TLX Nozzles have autoclave-type HP threads. All have wrench flats for easy installation on the lance and offer many options for 3 or 4 rows of precision drilled orifices.
Stainless Steel Penetrator Nozzles are used with rigid or flex lances with MNPT threads. The rounded nose shape permits a range of forward and side drilling patterns, while the backwards facing ridge allows a large number of pulling orifices to more efficiently clean fouled tubing. Tungsten Carbide Hard Hitter Nozzles are designed especially for use with hand-held control guns for superior surface cleaning. All are made of stainless steel with tungsten carbide orifice inserts, flow straightening vanes, and wrench flats for easy installation. Replaceable carbide inserts are also available.
APS offers these special Ultra-Polished Nozzles for use in high flow applications where a straight jet of water is required for large cleaning applications. These are often used with shell-side cleaners but have many other uses.
