Based on the MAXIVIBE design, the MAXIPLY manual shaker dust collector is more economical since it does not need an enclosed cabinet and the cleaning system is performed by manually shaking the ­filter envelope. The (95 to 99% @ 5-10 microns) efficiency filter pocket envelope allows clean air to be recycled back into the premises for maximum energy savings. Primarily developed for interior installation in small shops and vocational schools, its use is perfect for medium to large size pollutants such as sawdust, grinding, buffing or sanding of different metals, powders and compo­sites. Air volume capacity can vary from 500 CFM to 5000 CFM. The satin interior ­coated filter helps to minimize dust caking on filter surface. The angled hopper ensures cons­tant sliding of pollutants into the dust storage drum. The support structure can be ­easily dismantled for relo­cation into another part of the facility using the unit or for a new installation in a room with limited size doorways. The budget minded MAXIPLY manual dust collector is built to be installed inside and designed for small to medium size woodshops, arts and craft classes, composite shops, etc. Having the same high efficiency as the MAXIVIBE because it has the same filter, it needs limited footprint and can be relocated to another location since the filter frame can be dismantled and rebuilt in only a few hours. The cleaning action is performed by the shaker handle allowing the dust to fall free from the glazed filter surface into the hopper and drum. The four open sides of the filter cabinet recycle clean air evenly, also saving money by not needing added expenses for a return air duct. Air volume varies from 1700 CFM to 5000 CFM. Maximum as per NFPA 664 (Article 8.2.2.6.1).

Standard fume arm tubes are made of steel with external cast aluminum joints, which include friction discs and are fully adjustable. The arms have a handle that completely encircles the hood to facilitate easy positioning. Aluminum hood diameters vary from 7” on the 3” arms, to 13” on the 6” and the 8” arms. All joints include a 275 °F (135 °C) hoses, which are gear clamped to the tubes. All hoods may be ­fitted with an optional 24 V. LED light kit andor fan startstop switches. The hood diverter (except on 3’’ arms) increases capture velocity. MAXAIR self-locking arms can be combined with ­several accessories to provide the best solution to specific problems. A large variety of hoods can be manufactured to suit ­par­ticular requirements. Tubes are also available in PVC, ­aluminium, 304 stainless steel (luster finish) or 316 stainless steel (brushed finish). Custom colors for arm tubes are ­available on request (minimum quantity required).

The MAXIVIBE motorized shaker is a great solution to capture, transport and filter the airborne polluants. Capacities vary from 700 CFM to over 18, 000 CFM. Available fans can sustain up to 15’’ of static pressure which is sometime required for high velocity with chips or pellets. The high efficiency multiple pocket filter envelope is cleaned automatically by a powerful 1 HP motor when the unit is shut down. The ULCSA approved control panel is factory mounted on the unit. Dust storage systems are available in bin vent configuration, low profile dust storage drawers, high capacity drums and raised structure for containers. Reactive material collection may require explosion venting doors, abort or blow back dampers or spark detection systems. Dust and particles are carried from source capture drops into the main duct connected to the MAXIVIBE unit. Larger particles fall by gravity into the hopper toward the dust storage drum or canister. Finer particles are vacuumed upward into the high efficiency multi pocket filter envelope. The sound insulated fan mounted on top of the unit recycles clean air into the premises if desired or permitted. When the unit is shut down, the electronic control panel activates the cleaning cycle by shaking the filter envelope creating upper oscillation instead of usual bottom filter shaking which may result in lesser efficient cleaning. Filter inspection may be carried by simply opening the access door when unit is shut down.

MINIFLO single cartridge dust collector are designed for a wide range of particle filtration. Using the same technology as the regular and larger MAXIFLO-MC collector, this unit is perfectly designed for individual work stations by not needing extensive installation or major duct work requirements. The spark proof polyamide impeller means it can vacuum reactive material and the less than 8 cubic feet interior volume means you do not require expensive NFPA protection systems with such reactive material. The unit also includes a slip fit top inlet and rear air louver for returning the clean air back in the facility.
