MODEL AV-290

AV-290 is a mid-range viscosity, dual component, hydrophobic MDI-based polyurethane resin designed to fill large voids on the exterior of below grade structures where high water flow is present. Expanding up to 2000%, the fast-setting resin cures to form a rigid, impermeable closed-cell foam that can withstand wetdry cycles.

FLEXSEAL

MODEL AV-248

Injected as a single component, catalyzed AV-248 Flexseal is a moisture activated MDI-based polyurethane resin. The chemical reaction is catalyzed by using AV-249 Flexseal AC and uses moisture as an initiator. Like other hydrophobics, AV-248 Flexseal withstands wetdry cycles and reacts with moisture; but unlike other hydrophobics, it forms a resilient, impermeable flexible foam. This high quality resin is designed for sealing active and potential water leaks in various cracks, and annular spaces where flexibility is needed but is susceptible to wetdry cycles. SOILGROUT

MODEL AV-275

Injected as a single component, catalyzed AV-275 Soilgrout is a moisture activated MDI-based polyurethane resin. The chemical reaction of this product is catalyzed by using AV-276 Soilcat and uses moisture as an initiator. AV-275 was designed to bind together and waterproof loose granular soils. AV-275 Soilgrout withstands wetdry cycles, permeates well, and reacts quickly with water to form a dense, impermeable semi-rigid foam. AV-275 Soilgrout is tested and certified by the Water Quality Association (WQA) against NSFANSI 61 - Drinking Water System Components.

HYDROFOAM

MODEL AV-280

Injected as a single component, catalyzed AV-280 Hydrofoam is a moisture activated, high viscosity, MDI-based polyurethane resin. The chemical reaction is catalyzed by using AV-281 Hydrocel and uses moisture as an initiator. AV-280 was designed to not easily wash away where high volume water flow is present. It is injected into the substrate and reacts with moisture to fill voids, stop active or potential water leaks, and stabilize coarse materials. AV-280 withstands wetdry cycles and cures to form a dense, impermeable semi-rigid foam.
