A rubber gasket is a sealing product used to fill the space between two or more mating surfaces generally to prevent leakage (of air, chemicals, gases, or liquids) from or into the joined objects while under compression. Rubber gaskets are used for forming tight seals between two components. Custom Gasket Mfg. uses a variety of production and material options to solve even the most challenging sealing applications. We manufacture custom rubber gaskets and seals in a wide range of rubber materials (and compounds) including: Neoprene®, Silicone, EPDM, Viton®(Fluorocarbon), Nitrile (Buna-N), SBR (Red Rubber), Butyl, Natural (Gum) Rubber, Polyurethane, Fluorosilicone, Hypalon®, Santoprene®, Hydrogenated Nitrile, Epichlorhydrin, Cloth-Inserted Rubber, Conductive Rubber, Thermoplastic Rubber, and FDA Approved Rubber. Custom Gasket Mfg. offers standard commercial grade materials and specification grade materials that meet FDA (Food Grade) and ASTM specifications. For the reason that different elastomers offer different mechanical and chemical properties, we offer custom compounds to meet specific high performance applications.

Custom Gasket Mfg. fabricates die cut silicone gaskets and water jet cut silicone gaskets in a wide variety of grades, thicknesses and hardness. The standard thickness of silicone rubber ranges from .010" to 1" thick. Silicone rubbers hardness (durometer) typically spans from 30 to 80 durometer, Shore A. We inventory a full spectrum of colors including redorange, black, gray, blue, white, and translucent. Silicone rubber gaskets are available with or without acrylic or high temperature pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing.

Our industrial suction cups performance meet expectations since they always stick and hold, and also release as designed. Custom Gasket Mfg. takes pride in its ability to consistently produce custom rubber suction cups guaranteed to meet your most stringent requirements and function perfectly within your application. Since a large amount of our suction cups are used in the food (dairy) processing industry, we frequently mold custom suction cups using food grade FDA Nitrile Buna-N (NBR) rubber; however if the suction cups are specifically designed for outdoor use, then FDA EPDM rubber is the ideal choice. EPDM rubber is superior for weather resistance and aging. Our suction cups are fully compatible with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) equipment. Vacuum Suction Cups Vacuum Suction Cups are designed for use with push-in, flanged or barbed fittings. This is determined primarily by the product to be lifted. They are intended to handle flexible loads such as cardboard or sheet metal using flat or slightly curved surfaces in order to lift vertically or horizontally without deformation. Vacuum suction cups are generally used for packaging, printing, collating and mailing applications. It is required that each and every custom molded rubber diaphragm be able to handle mandatory operating temperatures and also be resistant to any chemicals, fluids or gases it may come in contact with.
