Honeyville has 5 sizes of High Efficiency ("HE") cyclones. The HE cyclones are similar to the Standard Series cyclones, but on a HE cyclone the straight side and cone heights are greater for increased material separation. In addition, the HE cyclones have a helical baffle between the straight side and inner vent tube to better direct the material down. Iron Bull Hoppers are a great addition to our Dust Collection Systems. We offer a 3 yard hopper as a standard size, which is approximately equivalent to 11 barrels. Contact us for information regarding additional hopper sizes. The hopper incorporates an easy, quick release tripping mechanism the operator can control from their seat. The uniquely designed hood provides for maximum capacity of the dumpster.

Honeyville welded pipe is available in sizes from 7" up to 72" diameter. Standard material is 14 Ga. HR carbon steel. Optional materials include Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel and AR steel in thickness of 16 Ga. through 14". Angle rings are welded solid for an airtight fit when installed properly.

Galvanized lock-seam pipe is manufactured at Honeyville Metal. It is available in 26 gauge up to 18 gauge depending on the diameter of the pipe. We stock lock-seam pipe (slip jointed) from 3" to 20" dia. in 10' lengths. For an additional charge it can be flanged for various applications.

Honeyville's Welded Elbows have a standard centerline radius of 2 times the elbow diameter, with a 7-gore 90 bend or a 4-gore 45 bend. Custom degree elbows are also available.

The HAL Series Rotary Airlocks are available in 5 sizes. The airlocks have a round inlet and a square outlet. PVC sandwich flex-tip wipers are standard on the airlock with optional carbon steel flex-tip limiters for special applications where a rigid seal is needed. The bolt-on side panel allows for easy access to change the PVC tips without removing the rotor.

The HBCF Negative Systems Fans are designed with a backward curve, centrifugal blade for clean air applications. With inlet sizes of 20" through 63" and recommended CFM ratings of 5, 200 to 54, 000, HBCF Fans provide a wide range of options to fit your particular needs.

Honeyville has 10 sizes of High Efficiency High Volume ("HEHV") cyclones available for applications where maximum efficiency is required. The tall body and steep cone design assures a faster drop of material to the cone outlet.Honeyville HEHV cyclones feature the following: MATERIAL: Body and cone constructed of heavy gauge, welded hot rolled ("HR") carbon steel.
