Roller Gate

  • Series RG
This valve is typically utilized under gravity conditions or, in some instances, it can also be used in a vacuum conveying system. This valve utilizes a seal (UHMW Polyethylene or nylon) located on the topside of the valve slide plate with no additional seal on the underneath side. Roller bearings are located beneath the slide plate to support and guide the plate into position.

Airlock Maintenance Gate

  • Series MG
Our Rotary Airlock Maintenance Gate MG Series is our most cost effective method of isolating the rotary valve from upstream equipment (e.g. storage, etc.) in order to perform maintenance on the valve. The MG series is designed for airlocks with square inlet flanges.

Clear Action Gate

  • Series JA
This valve is typically utilized in dilute phase pressure or vacuum systems or under atmospheric (gravity) conditions. This valve is similar in design to the Orifice Gate with the exception that the slide plate does not have an orifice (opening), but does have a machined square edge to minimize shearing and packing of materials. It utilizes dynamically loaded polymer seals (pressure plates) and provides positive material and air flow shut off up to 15 PSIG. The valve is ideally suited for materialpressure shut-off when located above a rotary airlock. It is important to note that this valve, when equipped with the optional air purge assembly, can be used in fine, sticky or packable material (not Sugar) applications.

Quantum Orifice Gate

  • Series GRA
This valve is typically utilized in dilute phase pressure or vacuum systems or under atmospheric (gravity) conditions. This valve gets its name due to the fact that the slide plate has an orifice (opening) that, when the valve is opened, aligns with the openings in the top and bottom valve frame openings. It utilizes dynamically loaded polymer seals (pressure plates) and provides positive material and air flow shut off up to 15 PSIG. It is important to note that this valve is not to be used in Sugar or similar type fine, sticky or packable material applications.
