I'ANCO cast alloy H132 Mill Chain, complete with 13" wide scanner flights installed every 2 feet.

Operating in one of the world's largest sawmills, the cast chain was chosen over fabricated chain for it's durability and reliability.

This conveyor scans and feeds logs towards the breakdown unit at speeds of 500 feet per minute.

The chain was installed in line #1 in 2000 and a second strand installed in line #2 in 2003. Both conveyors are still in operation and showing little signs of wear.

14X50, 18X64 and 22X86 MM Mining Chains have become a common product used to convey wet and dry ash in boiler applications.

The chain was developed for use on long wall coal mining conveyors and has been adopted by the power generation industry.

This photo demonstrates a typical set up with chain, shackle connectors and flight.

The Chain is double heat treated to provide the best combination of wear resistance in the crown with the toughness required to handle the loads in the conveyor.
