Copper Conductive Tapes, also known as EMI Shielding Tapes, are ideal for building ground systems. They are made from copper foil with an acrylic conductive adhesive. These conductive tapes are supplied on a paper liner for easy handling and cutting. The Copper Conductive tapes provide a very low rate of electrical resistance. The film is 1.5 mil thick with 1.25 mil of adhesive. Temperature rating is 155F.

Clear ESD Tapes also known as ESD Cellulose Tapes, are made of a 2 mil clear cellulose material with solvent based natural rubber adhesive. Temperature range is 32-150F. They have tensile strength of 24lbsinch. They meet specification CID-AA-113B, Type 1, Class A and ANSI ESD S20.20 standards. These tapes are available in 3" core and are 108 ft long.

Conductive Grid Tapes are three layer tapes that have a conductive grid buried between two static dissipating co-polymer substrates. They provide an anti-static non-sparking surface on both the inside and the outside that will not shed, crack, chip or rub off. Available on 3" cores. These tapes meet or exceed requirements of ANSI ESD-S20.20 and ESDA Standard 1.1-2006.

Low Static Kapton Tapes are made of DuPont Kapton Polyimide film. They are 1 mil thick backed by silicone adhesive with ESD additive to reduce the static charge. They can withstand temperatures of up to 500F260C. Silicone adhesive is 1.6mil thick and leaves no residue. Total thickness of this product is 2.65 mil. Color is amber and available in 36 yd rolls. Custom sizes are available upon request.

5 Mil Kapton Tapes are made from Kapton Polyimide film with Silicone adhesive. They have been used in applications at temperatures as low as -269C (-452F) and as high as 260C (500F). Conformal Coating Tapes are made of 1 mil polyester film with 2 mil mustard colored rubber resin adhesive. Many components and printed circuit board locations must remain uncoated and the purpose of the conformal coating masking tapes is to prevent migration of the conformal coatings into components. They offer high temperature resistance needed in the conformal coating process. These tapes are silicone free, therefore they do not leave any silicone shadow. They can withstand a temperature of up to 325F. The objective of conformal coating is to apply a protective layer to the printed circuit board and components to prevent degradation in electrical performance when subjected to environmental stresses encountered in specific operating conditions. Humidity is the most prevalent and also the most damaging environmental stress as it can drastically lower insulation resistance between conductors, accelerate high-voltage breakdown and corrode conductors. Conformal coatings also protect both the printed circuit board and components from airborne or solvent borne contaminants.

Solder Wave Tapes, also known as Wave Solder Tapes, are ideal for use in solder wave masking and high temperature paint operations. These Solder Wave Tapes are also recognized as High Temperature Masking Tapes. They are made from crepe paper with rubber adhesive that can be removed cleanly without leaving any residue. They can withstand molten solder for 5-8 seconds at 500 F.
