Conformal Coating Discs are made of 1 mil polyester film with 2 mil mustard colored rubber resin adhesive. Many components and printed circuit board locations must remain uncoated and the purpose of the conformal coating masking discs is to prevent migration of the conformal coatings into components. The Conformal Coating Discs offer the perfect solution to ensure areas for use as connector locations or insertion areas for interchangeable devices remain free of the protective coating. They offer high temperature resistance needed in the conformal coating process. These discs are silicone free, therefore they do not leave any silicone shadow. They can withstand a temperature of up to 325F. The objective of conformal coating is to apply a protective layer to the printed circuit board and components to prevent degradation in electrical performance when subjected to environmental stresses encountered in specific operating conditions. Conformal coatings also protect both the printed circuit board and components from airborne or solvent borne contaminants.

Blue Masking Tapes, also known as Anodizing Tapes, are made of 1 mil thick polyester film and 2 mil thick silicone adhesive. They can be removed cleanly without leaving an adhesive residue. Blue Masking Tapes can withstand temperatures of up to 400F204C. They are packaged in a 3" core and are 72 yards long.

Green Masking Discs, also known as Powder Coating Masking Discs, are made of 2 mil thick polyester film with 1.5 mil thick silicone adhesive. They can withstand temperatures of up to 400F204C. They are extremely economical and can be removed cleanly without leaving any adhesive residue. Green Masking Discs are on a clear, slit back liner for easy removal. Temperature rating is 400F204C. They are packaged in a 3" core.

High Temperature Masking Discs are made of polyimide film with 1.5 mil of Silicone adhesive which does not leave any residue. They can withstand temperatures of up to 500F(260C). These masking discs have high dielectric strength and offer excellent performance in electrical and thermal insulation.
