This is generally the variety of choice for fresh tuna connoisseurs. It has a bit more fat—thus more flavor—than the other varieties. When the bluefin is mature, the flesh is dark red, with an appearance similar to raw beef. This variety is the largest, with the biggest fish recorded as to have grown to about 1, 600 pounds.
Standard LID without easy open Most of the bluefin harvest is exported to Japan and sold at a premium price for sashimi.
Cooking With Tuna
Everybody knows about the tried-and-true tuna salad, tuna melts, and tuna casserole. But there are so many other ways to cook tuna, including salad Nicoise (a composed salad of tuna, olives, green beans, potatoes, and hard-boiled eggs with a delicious anchovy dressing), seared ahi tuna steaks, and spicy tuna sushi burgers. If using raw tuna steaks, it is important that you don’t overcook—the fish tastes best when rare in the center (but of course, cook to your liking). If looking to make something out of the ordinary with canned tuna, consider deviled eggs with tuna, tuna risotto, or stuffed peppers with tuna.

Where does it come from and how is it made
The Coconut belongs to the Palm family (Arecaceae). It’s grown in abundance in Malaysia, Polynesia and southern Asia. When discovered by Spanish explorers it was named the cocos – meaning ‘grinning face’, because of the three little eyes on the base which they thought resembled a monkey.
Frequently confused for being a nut but classed as a fruit, the coconut is actually a one-seeded drupe. In Sanskrit, the coconut palm is known as kalpa vriksha – ‘tree which gives all that is necessary for living’ because nearly all parts can be used, the water, milk, flesh, sugar and oil. Even the husks and leaves are used as materials in furnishings and decoration. Palm trees produce
coconuts up to 13 times a year and although it takes a year for the coconuts to mature, a fully blossomed tree can produce between 60-180 coconuts in a single harvest.
Creamed coconut and coconut milk are made in a way surprisingly akin to their dairy counterparts. Coconut flesh (the white part) is grated and soaked in hot water. The coconut cream rises to the top and can be skimmed off. The remaining liquid is squeezed through a cheesecloth to extract a white liquid that is coconut milk. By repeating this process, the coconut milk becomes thinner. The thicker version is used for desserts and rich sauces. Thin coconut milk is used for cooking curries and soups.
Coconuts are highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. Unlike cow’s milk, coconut milk is lactose free so can be used as a milk substitute by those with lactose intolerance. It is a popular choice with vegans and makes a great base for smoothies, milkshakes or as a dairy alternative in baking.

What is Calrose Camolino Medium Grain RiceCalrose Camolino is the most recognized medium grain variety in the world. It is the most popular of the medium grain rice varieties, making up a very large portion of the annual global rice crop. The grains are soft and stick together when cooked. It absorbs flavors beautifully and holds together well in soups and in salads. This versatile grain makes an excellent table rice and is also perfect for Spanish and Arab style dishes as well as Mediterranean and Asian cuisine such as paella, pilaf, and rice bowls or sushi. The name Camolino comes from the oil that is used to coat the rice which provides a glossiness once cooked. This is particularly preferred by middle eastern consumers.
It can also be called Egyptian Camolino Rice or Calrose Camolino Rice or Calrose. It has a unique taste, beautiful pearl colour and the rich and tempting aroma is irresistible.
Recommended shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored under clean, cool, and dry conditions free from infestation.
The Camolino rice is a Japonica style rice. This means that it is best when prepared using a rice cooker. However, on the stovetop you may combine 1-3/4 cups water with 1 cup of rice. Bring to the boil over high heat. Once water boils, lower heat to a simmer and cover. Cook at a simmer until water is completely absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat and fluff rice gently with a fork and serve.

Genuine evaporated milk, also known as dehydrated milk, is a shelf-stable canned milk product with about 60% of the water removed from fresh cow milk. It differs from sweetened condensed milk, which contains added sugar and differs also from evaporated filled milk, which includes vegetable oils.
The product takes up half the space of its nutritional equivalent in fresh cow milk. When the liquid product is mixed with a proportionate amount of water, evaporated milk becomes the rough equivalent of fresh milk. This makes evaporated milk attractive for shipping purposes as it can have a shelf life of months or even years, depending upon the fat and sugar content. This made evaporated milk very popular before refrigeration as a safe and reliable substitute for perishable fresh milk, which could be shipped easily to locations lacking the means of safe milk production or storage. It is used in western households for desserts and baking due to its unique flavour. It is also used as a substitute for pouring cream, as an accompaniment to desserts, or as a rich substitute for milk.
Evaporated Filled MilkFilled Milk is a shelf-stable canned milk product with about 60% of the water removed from a combination of milk solids and vegetable fat. Like the Evaporated milk, this is attractive for shipping purposes as it can have a shelf life of months or even years, depending upon the fat and sugar content. A very similar product to Evaporated Milk and a available at a more affordable price.
Condensed MilkCondensed filled milk differs from filled milk by including added sugar. Like evaporated and regular filled milk it is attractive for shipping purposes as it can have a shelf life of months or even years, depending upon the fat and sugar content.
