2 packages of Maruchan Ramen, Oriental or Chicken Flavor (break noodles into pieces)4 cups water14 cup prepared Italian salad dressing12 cup sliced mushrooms1 green, yellow or red bell pepper, sliced14 cup black olives2 medium tomatoes, choppedAssorted greensGarnish - Romano cheese shreddedCook broken noodles in water with flavor packets for 3 minutes. Drain and toss with remaining ingredients except cheese. Serve on assorted greens, garnished with cheese.

Hearty Ramen Chicken Soup

1 med. carrot, sliced1 rib celery, sliced1 cup mushrooms, sliced2 tbsp. unsalted butter2 packages Chicken FlavorMaruchan Ramen4 cups water12 cups cooked shreddedchicken or turkey2 tbsp. flour2 green onions, sliced 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese2 tbsp. finely chopped parsleySaut carrots, celery, and mushrooms in unsalted butter until tender. Add noodles, 3 12 cups water, seasoning packets and chicken to vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes. Combine flour and remaining 12 cup cold water. Stir into soup. Cook and stir until thickened, add green onions. Serve immediately, garnish with cheese and parsley.

Szechwan Ramen Stir-Fry

12 lb. large shrimp, peeled & deveined12 cup chopped walnuts2 tsp. oil1 12 cups broccoli florets2 oz. snow peas1 large carrot, sliced1 small onion, sliced2 cups water1 tsp. sesame oil2 packages Maruchan RamenPicante Shrimp or Shrimp FlavorSaute shrimp and walnuts in hot oil until shrimp turns pink. Remove from pan; keep warm. Add remaining ingredients to pan. Stir and cook 3 to 4 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Add shrimp and walnuts and serve immediately.Note: If Picante Ramen is unavailable, simply add crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce to our regular variety Ramen for zest.

Chile-Cheese Frittata

117 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained14 oz. can diced green chilies1/4 tspn. red pepper flakes3 green onions, sliced2 tomatoes, chopped1 cup shredded cheddar cheese3 eggs1 1/2 cups milk8 olives, slicedCook noodles in 4 cups boiling water, reserving seasoning packet. Drain. Place in bottom of greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle seasoning over. Layer corn, chilies, green onions, red pepper, tomatoes and cheese over noodles. Beat eggs with milk. Pour over Ramen mixture. Top with olives. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until browned.
