Two component epoxies feature unique versatility in application and performance. These systems consist of a resin and a hardener that can be formulated to offer a wide range of mechanical, thermal, optical and electrical properties. While mix ratios differ, they all offer the ability to cure at ambient temperatures or at elevated temperatures for faster cures.

Master Bond produces a large variety of one part, no mix, tin catalyzed RTV silicones. These condensation cured products provide a unique combination of high flexibility and high temperature resistance. Certain grades offer optical transparency and resistance to vibration, shock, heat and corrosion. These products are environmentally friendly, containing no solvents or diluents. They are also incredibly easy to apply.

Master Bond offers MasterSil two part silicone systems for use in the assembly of medical, electrical, electronic, optical and other devices. These products provide excellent resistance to vibration, shock, heat and corrosion.Both addition (platinum catalyzed) and condensation (tin catalyzed) cured two part silicones are available in different sized units. Where cure inhibition is an issue, condensation cured silicones can be utilized.

Visible light curable adhesives feature high bond strength, thermal stability, chemical and water resistance and excellent surface cure. These one component compounds are designed to provide safe and rapid cures upon exposure to LED light at ambient temperatures. Environmentally friendly, these formulations are solvent free and contain no volatiles. Their adhesion to glass, metals, elastomers and many plastics is exceptional. Optically clear, Master Bond light curable adhesives offer consistent long-term durability and reliability.
